We can design and produce excavator buckets for all brands, scientifically solve stress problem as different construction conditions and customer requirements, and have ability to ensure structural strength, use performance and product quality by selection of high-quality material, advanced computer-aided design and complete control over process welding quality. The specification ranges from 0.1m3 to 12m3.
By bucket type and material, there are common bucket, imitated original bucket, reinforced bucket and rock bucket, which are made from domestic high-tensile structural steel 16Mn (Q345B), in addition, the tooth plate and side edge board of reinforced bucket and rock bucket can be made from domestic high-quality wear-resistant steel NM360 and Sweden ultrahigh-strength wear-resistant steel HARDOX according to customer demands.
By function, there are ditching bucket, grid bucket, cleaning bucket, and tipping bucket, etc. The ditching bucket is suitable for ditching in different forms, and is featured by once forming, no finish and high work efficiency. The grid bucket is used to separate, excavate or salvage bulk materials excellently at a time, and is widely applicable to municipal administration, agriculture, forestry, water conservation and earthwork, and cleaning bucket and tipping bucket are suitable for finishing of slop and other planes and huge desilting and cleaning of riverway and ditches, and the tipping bucket can change the dip angle of cleaning bucket by the hydro-cylinder, which greatly improves work efficiency.

- Q: My grandparents own a doublewide with a mother in law apartment in which we live. They would like us to quot;rent to ownquot; the land. We would like to take the doublewide off the lot and replace it with a modular. We do not need any construction coverage as my husband is an excavator. What kind of loan would this require?
- You can't get one at all. The land has to be own free and clear first.
- Q: 1: Which of the following is the number of grams in 5.8 kilograms?2: How do you find the volume and surface area of a triangular prism?3: The city of Rubberville plans to dig a rectangular landfill. The landfill will have a base with dimensions 700 ft by 200 ft and a depth of 85 ft. a. How many cubic feet of garbage will the landfill hold?b. What information would you need to determine how long the landfill can be used until it is full? (Don't really need to answer...this is easy.)c. An excavator was hired to dig the hole for the landfill. How many cubic yards of dirt will he have to haul away?
- 1. 5800 grams 2. Volume = bh or the product of its height and the area of its base Surface Area = ph + 2B or the sum of the lateral area and twice the area of a base. 3. a. 700x200x85 = 11900000 cubit feet of garbage will the landfill hold. c. 11900000x0.037 = 440300 cubic yards of dirt will he have to haul away. 1 cubic foot = 0.037 cubic yard
- Q: Ok here's the story. My husband stopped this guy from illegally dumping on his own lot, because it was in wetlands and he was also dumping junk there to fill it in. This guy has given us problems ever since. We own some land and anytime we do anything on the land we get a call from a police department that doesn't even have jurisdiction over it. We've been called by them to mow it(it's agriculture land), we've had vehicles tagged twice now(their all licensed except the excavator which doesn't need one), the state was called when my husband was leveling an already existing driveway. I'm sure there's nothing we can do. We're just going to keep getting harassed because the bad guys know people. Just figured I'd ask for any advice. I did read theres a open fields doctrine, but this is a police department for the town and we're under the county as we're unincorporated. The tags say they're going to tow our vehicles which I'm worried about.
- if you are right and police that don't even have jurisdiction in your area are trying to interact with you in any way then just call the police that Do Have Jurisdiction and let them deal with it ! btw ... the police usually know where their jurisdiction starts and ends.
- Q: Rule number ONE. Never mention offhanded glorified-tempjob websites like texasworkforce in your answer. They fail on an epic scale.Now. I need a job, I need one in San Antonio area within 10 miles of Converse.
- Go to LaBatt. They pay well. Minimum for a stocker is like $20 or more per hour.

- Q: 1.The city of Centerville plans to dig a rectangular landfill. The landfill will have a base with dimensions 700ft by 200ft and a depth of 85ft.A)how many cubic feet of garbage will the landfill hold?C)what info do you need to determine how long the landfill can be used until it is full?D) Centerville hires an excavator to dig the hole for the landfill. How many cubic yards of dirt will he have to haul away?
- I don't think the capacity of the landfill is as simple as the calculation of (700 x 200 x 85) cu ft. / (27 cu ft/ cu yd.) giving you a cubic yard volume. That calculation will only give you the volume of the hole. However landfill operation standards require daily cover of layers (lifts) of dirt - or other material as specified in the landfill permit. Therefore, the capacity for garbage will be less than the calculated volume of space excavated. Also, when garbage is placed in a landfill, it is compacted. How long a landfill will operate depends on daily loading. When the landfill is full, a final cover must be placed on it and maintained.
- Q: why are big construction machines (tractors, dozers, excavators, etc) painted yellow? An overwhelming majority are yellow. Why not red, or some other color?
- I generally agree with visibility, but I believe a shade of yellow is also a trademark for Caterpillar? I have seen a number of on imported (in the US) excavators (trackhoes) that were not yellow.
- Q: How big of construction jobs can these do and can someone make a good living owning one where there is always construction going on? What kind of jobs and how big a job can these machines do?
- Small track hoes are used in jobs large and small. In almost any construction job, there are tight places that you can't work around with a large hoe. If you are digging a trench for a single electrical duct, you may only need a 6 wide trench, 3' deep. It would be almost silly to use a big machine for this work. Doing utility work in subdivisions where you have to work around fence lines and structures, a small hoe makes sense. But, you would also be in competition with the ditch witch equipment which come in walk-behind models, which are fun to use by the way. Something to consider - it is very easy for a contractor to rent a small piece of equipment to perform a few tasks that are subsidiary to a large job, rather than take on an additional subcontractor to perform the work, just because he happens to own the small machine required. Some contractors rent, rather than own, most of their trucks and machinery. So with only this one piece of equipment, you may not get many jobs on large construction sites. That leaves small jobs for homeowners or small businesses. I rented a nice little trackhoe that stated a 7' reach, or maximum trench depth. In actuality, that depth can only be achieved directly below the machine, so 4' to 5' was the maximum depth of trench I could actually attain. It had a small dozer blade that I thought would save me renting an actual dozer, but this blade almost seemed like a design after thought and was impractical for most conventional use. I ended up returning the machine and renting a dozer anyway.
- Q: I saw a questionable documentary about 25 years ago which showed the cross section of a geode with a perfectly formed ceramic disk partly embeded in the crystal and partly exposed in the gas cavity. Was that just a fake, or has anyone among the scientific community ever seen or heard that it is authenic. If so can you produce a link to a reputable site which has documented research that has been done on the object? Thanks
- A load of crap....there is stuff like this all over used in an attempt to prove a young Earth - compatible with the Bible etc.
- Q: What kind of excavator is trong?
- Usually with tracks or wheels. Because of its special appearance, in the various titles, such as backhoes, backhoe digging machine, etc..
