Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q:Someone I was talking to just said they gave me a boiler plate response. What does that mean?
Boiler plate is the journalistic way of saying, a prepared statement, rather than an honest answer to a qusetion. So your friend has asked a question and been 'given the company line' or treated to some good oldfashioned boilerplate, rather than getting a genuine response.

Q:what are boilers and what are they used for?
a boiler is a big tank or tray of water which is heated underneath itself to produce steam to heat buildings.
Q:What is a condensing boiler?
Conventional boilers emit hot exhaust gases from the flue when they are operating. A condensing boiler transfers much of this wasted heat to the water in the boiler, before it reaches the flue outlet. An excellent idea, which saves on fuel use and therefore operating costs. During normal operation, condensing boilers lower the temperature of their exhaust gases below 100 degrees, at which point plumes of water vapour can be seen coming from the flue outside. For this reason condensing boiler flues should be sited sensitively. Whilst there are gas consumption savings to be made from a condensing boiler, their actual efficiency is dependent upon the system design of the heating circuit. A condensing boiler is more complex to manufacture and this is reflected in the higher purchase price. Some pundits reckon that the payback period for a condensing boiler can be 3 years.
Q:Hi - i don't know if anybody can help me... i am having a nightmare trying to repressurise my boiler. A Vokera Syntesi 25e. My filling valve is permanently connected so i did as my boiler instructions said to increase the boiler pressure and turned the filling loop to the vertically down position. I expected to hear water entering the boiler and the pressure to rise but nothing happened. My central heatign system is working fine - all radiators and warm water nice and hot - so I dont know what the problem can be. My pressure is below 1 bar at the moment so would like to increase it. The filling valve loop reaches from the filling valve (the one with the three normal/off/filling loop positions) along the loop to another tap on the left which has a black knob marked with open/shut in two directions. What is this and am i supposed to do anything with that? Any help would be much appreciated
Could be that the filler loop is connected to the stored water and not the mains. If that is the case then a pressure of more than half a bar is unlikely. Things should be O K as long as the pressure remains about this setting. Is the filler loop the type that has two taps on it?
Q:is this normal
When you first turn on the hot water tap, the water in the pipes is going to be cold for a little while until the hot water from the boiler moves through the pipes. If it is staying cold for a long time then there may be some control problem with the boiler. You might want to describe the situation a bit more to get a more specific answer.
Q:how do I up the pressure on my vokera linea boiler?
There should be fairly close to the boiler a silver coloured flexible pipe about 10 inches long attached to the boiler pipework. On one or possibly both ends will be a valve. This or these should be opened until you have 1 bar pressure reading on the gauge on the boiler front.
Q:My local housing association are refurbishing our flats after decades of waiting but i have concerns that they are fully covering my vaillant combi boiler without fireproofing it first. Would i not be correct in saying that in any other property the front of any combi boiler would be left exposed with a 5mm gap around it. Is this just a cheap alternative for my L.H.O. to use and would it have an effect in my home contents insurance.
as long as there is access for servicing it will be ok as it is a room sealed boiler. take it up with your landlords for peace of mind.
Q:The relief valve on our boiler is pouring out water (gurgling up like a low pressure drinking fountain). It is the valve on the pipe coming directly out the top of the boiler, so the water is leaking into the boiler. I tried turning the valve closed (since the pressure is only about 13), but the water was still coming out just as fast. We are planning to replace the boiler with a more efficient one this summer, anyway, but I am wondering what can be done for now. Will it be a problem to close the feeder line that supplies water to the boiler and to flip the breaker - basically turn the whole thing off? Is there another way to slow the flow of water? Thanks in advance.
The leaking may be caused by a problem with something else Normal system pressures are about 12 psi and an expansion tank would be used maintain that pressure as water is being heated. If that tank loses it's air pocket or the diaphragm has ruptured it will have no place to expand and pressures will exceed the rating of the relief valve. Water will start leaking out and debris can stick in the seat not allowing it to seal even when pressures are below the relief setting. The expansion tank should be checked by a tech to be sure it's not waterlogged. This is the first thing to check when their is a relief valve leaking because normal system pressures would have to double before it is suppose to trip. The relief valve can be replaced at little expense as they can be purchased at your local hardware store for under $20. Keep in mind those boiler pressure gages notorious for sticking or getting plugged and no longer show the correct pressure. So common I keep a gage with a garden hose connection my tool box so I can connect to a drain valve to check it. Also make sure your reading the gage right, some will have two sets of numbers. Some show the pressure in feet of water column If you turned the fill line off it will eventually stop flowing but not until the pressure drops to 0 lbs.
Q:boiler installed in the attic, should there be some water in the pan that's under the boiler?
I've never seen a boiler in an attic. However I've installed many furnace/ AC air handlers in attics. In that application, yes you need an extra pan under the the air handler (only if AC is used). The air handler has it's own built in pan, but you you want an auxiliary pan under that in case the main main ever fails. We would run that pipe to the soffit outside. That way if you see water coming out of there, you know your main pan is clogged or faulty. If you have no problems you should never see any water there. This will prevent any ceiling damage in the event of a leak.
