- Q:Is the Leg press a good way to build leg strength, as an Offensive lineman would need? Or is squat better?
- squats are good especially if you're at home. but the leg press is prob better b/c that adds weight. also lungs help! if it's too easy and you don't feel like they're working (do at least 25 before you determine this, and maybe wait a day to see how sore you are :) ) add 5 lb's in each hand and do the lungs that way. makes a big difference if you're needing just a little more. (you can lessen or increase the weight as needed/wanted) good luck
- Q:Ok, about a few days ago i hit this preppy girl and the face and she didnt fight back she just fell down and cried. The next day I got suspended from school and the hoe's mom said she was gonna press charges, My principal talked her out of it. So 3 days later when I came back I said Hi to her twice and she didn't answer me so I said I f/ing said hi to you b/ answer me. - Yes, they can press charges! If they do and they decide to drop the charges they have up to a year to re-file them. So you have to be caredul, because if that mom has pictures of what you did she will have circumstantual evidence and then you will go down so yes be careful because she still can press charges!

- Q:want to get a progressive press, on a right budget and need to get it right the first time. what do you guys use and what would you recommend for me? my budget is $300, and need to be able ot load a wide variety of calibers- from pistol to magnum rifle, such as 9mm, 38 special, 45, 40, 10mm, 500 SW Magnum, 357/38, 44mag/44, 30-40, 45-70, .223, 308, 7.62x54r, 32 acp, 7.62x38r, 30 carbine, 5.7x28, and so on. I've looked at the lee pro 1000 and lee load master, they look good and price is great but not able to (and cheaply) able ot load a wide variety of calibers, which is a big problem. i want ot know whats a good progressive press that can also load just as many calibers as my single stage press can?
- Listen to Hamish, you can't go wrong with the lee classic turret. I can literally load more amunition than I can shoot. It is an enormous upgrade from a single stage and everyone I know always thinks they need a progressive but end up wishing they had gotten something more foolproof. With the lee you can keep your caliber dies set up on a wheel, and it lifts out to let you change calibers without having to undo any settings. Plus the turret is going to be more forgiving with things like powder through dies working with it for .223. Go with the four station and add a crimping die. You'll find you get into a rhythm with it pretty quickly, you push up to deprime, put in a primer and pull down to seat, push up to charge, pull down to clear, set the bullet and push up to seat, then a quick down and up to crimp, no time at all. And spend the extra money to get carbide dies.

- Yes bench press will work your triceps although more emphasis is on the chest. Wide grip pushups will work your back good but for chest, close grip is best.

- You can bench-press against a 'bar-bell' or a pair of 'dumb-bells'. - No. You can't deny the press the use of your name. If, for instance, you appear in a court of law for some matter, the press have access can publish your name. Sometimes the court will supress a persons name if the press go ahead defy that suppression ban, they can be charged with contempt of court. But imagine if the press had to seek permission to publish anyone's name..............what about sporting events? What about celebrities? Missing persons? The list goes on on. It wont happen.
- Q:Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!
