At your local home center in the painting dept you will fined a two part exploxey leveling agant. this is what we use to patch finished floor in commercial buildings lasts for years. - Not sure if this is a practical or theoretical question.If practical, the amount of ice must be calculated in advance, and the cement mix adjusted . If the mix is made regular, the addition of ice to cool it will make the final mix incorrect.

- it should be grouted solid, so if there are no visable cracke you should be ok...if its not grouted , fill it before you set a new beam to strenghten it...
