- I use pressed powder pretty much all the time, but in my opinion, it doesn't really do anything. It won't make that much of a difference, but if you do decide to try powder, make sure it's dermatologically tested and all that. You want your skin to be healthy and be able to breathe.
- Q:Squats make me puke, I can leg press 320lbs 175 weight for 10 reps but i struggle squating my own body weight, How do i improve my squats. (Been working out for 2 months now.
- Leg press is only good if you squat. I will talk bad about it cause you seem like you care about how much you lift in whatplanet fitness? Squats Are a compound lift which work abdominals, quads, and hammies. Don't be a ***** and diss squats cause they're what gets the chicks 4 years powerlifting. 2 years bodybuilding and tracking macro nutrients. Not giving a **** what i ifted in the gym the first year to impress people. Making sure I lifted correctly

- Both are good. But Freedom of the Press or Free speech allows our voices to be heard. We can express our view in newspapers and books. We can make speeches and have other people hear different ideas. With new ideas and points of view, society can grow and get stronger.

- That's close to what we now have on the Internet... and I'm all for it. It's up to the reader to discern the truth. The libel laws are important, but that generally does not protect major media figures. Swift boating uses stories about stories to get out negative impressions without lying. The neocons have funded this strategy repeatedly. The media just keeps reporting it. Unfortunately, the major media does not tred on very important and sensitive areas. RIght now the US does not have anything close to a free press because they are interested in high ratings and not offending the sponsors. This is nothing new. Unfortunately, money speaks louder than truth. The media has been used as a propaganda machine since its inception.

- I work in sports TV and I've never heard that term. Do you mean press release? Media Guide? A press release is a fax/e-mail sent by the media relations department to the press. It's usually an announcement that they want the media to cover or it's a a generic statement if there's some sort of controversy. Most of the time, these releases are posted on team's websites. They're usually not that informative. A media guide is a book with stats, rosters, bios, and any other information that will make the media's job a little easier. Again, most teams are posting these on their website and anyone can access them. They're not all that interesting unless you're a stats junky.
- Q:What excercises can I do to become a monster at the bench press?
- Wide grip bench pressing, close grip bench press, floor press, board press, rack lockouts, overheard pressing (military, push press). Those are just a few.

- Gary, You usually will be able to see results from bench pressing in about 2 weeks. Make sure that you are lifting weight that you are comfortable with and also with a spotter for safety reasons. Incline bench press will help out your upper chest and shoulder areas. If you want to really get a killer chest, do chest fly's with dumbbells. This will strictly work mainly your chest muscles. Combining these two exercises together, you should be able to see substantial results in about 3 weeks to a month. Hopes this helps you Gary!

- Q:I just got a bench press and am new to lifting weights. What muscles does regular bench press, incline bench press, and curls work? And how often should I do each of these (every day, every other day, switch each one every day)?
- Bench Press and Incline BP work the chest (pecs). I assume you are talking about bicep curls,and obviously they work the biceps. Frequency should be no more than twice a week. Research has show there is minimal benefit (even a -ve benefit) to working muscles any more often than that.
