Q:Plywood on the first scraping ash, and then scraping 821 putty sticky prison it?
Wood joint processing. Construction of the base surface according to the actual situation to determine whether to spray observation, ceilings are wooden ceiling, to use plate (ceilings) filling agent for caulking, with kraft paper or fiberglass mesh covered flattened, filling agent dry into the process
Q:My studio apartment doesn't have an attic. A lot of the installation videos and articles I read online are about installing foil insulation a couple inches below the roof and above the room's ceiling. Does it matter if I install it under the ceiling (that is, the foil barrier is visible to me when inside the apartment)?Aesthetics isn't an issue. I don't mind seeing the foil. I just want to know if I can still achieve the same results whether or not I install above the ceiling. Thanks!
The foil would only radiate visible light back toward you, and fiberglass insulation ( or rigid polyisocyanurate panels covered with drywall) would create a barrier to keep the heat in your room. If just foil worked, you would assume no one would bother with installing 10 thick fiberglass to achieve an R-38 rating and spend thousands of dollars if a couple hundred of foil would do it.
Q:I wonder if there is fibreglass in it.It is easily scraped off, but creates dust from particles.I could remove it myself, but am wary of the dangers it might pose to lungs. There are no windows to the classroom. A student told me that it exacerbates his asthma. The schoolboard solution is to cover it up with a hanging tiledceiling. Is that reasonable? No money in education for removal, unless dangerous. Do I have any reason for concern?
no you shouldnt be worried .maybe you could ask janitor/caretaker to take it down after school-thats what i would do.After he has taken it down you could probably get some water and just scrub any patches or you can put posters on the ceiling? good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... also ask someone for advice e.g doctor, health clinic or if you could look up a type of sprayfoam and ask the company what stuff they usually put in spray foam?
Q:Renovation of living room wall with steel bricks
In the case of wet paste can hit the drill drill, no problem. And then safe point is to buy a glass drill on it. Then there is no problem.
Q:I have a partially finished basement, hardwood floors above. What can I do soundproof the unfinished ceiling? I'm not planning on finishing, I want that area to serve as a hang out spot for the family and I don't want to worry about fiberglass dust.
What is fiberglass dust? Fiberglass doesn't make dust. Nothing wrong with using fiberglass insulation.... it'll work the best.
Q:What is the difference between PVC and nylon?
Want to figure out, PP forum, a lot of PVC film information, there are a lot of PVC film and printing bag to do friends, many of which are in the first line operator, responsible for the technology. There are also PVC particles
Q:Large area gypsum board light with no blockboard solid
It is only nails or screws fixed on the wooden frame or metal shelves above. Safe and secure.
Q:Backdrop how to decorate to look good? Background wall to choose which style is good?
Background wall decoration effect for the overall decoration effect has a great impact, after all, the background wall position is more obvious, so if the background wall decoration is not only improve the living environment of the aesthetics, but also increase the number of fun and artistic atmosphere. Of course, different decoration style, the background wall with the decoration and certainly will be different, taking into account the background wall of the aesthetics, security and practicality. Reasonable arrangement of the background wall of the installed style and decoration layout, you can make this space looks warm and natural. So, how to decorate the back wall to look good? Background wall to choose which style is good?
Q:What kind of materials do you need to decorate a house?

Q:We had our carpets removed a while ago and installed laminate flooring instead. As a result, the house is not as warm as it used to be.Will it help if I add R13 insulation in the basement ceiling ? Will it keep the living room floor (which is just above the basement) warmer ?On the same manner, will adding another layer of insulation to the attic help in the winter and summer as well ?As for the mositure barrier paper, if I understand correctly, it should be facing up both cases, right ?
I post some insulation in my storage that's below my mattress room and that i do experience the version - I grew up in Philly and we live in a row residing house and our basement replaced into some what under floor so all we had to do replaced into insulate the residing house windows - yet once you have partitions that are dealing with the wind you are able to ought to post some thing there additionally - warmth will upward thrust some in case you are able to insulate your attic that's going to help - in case you have severe ceilings you additionally can decide to think of a pair of ceiling fan
