- Q: I built my own, verry successfull HHO gas generator and I want to inject the gas being produced, strait into my car engine but the flame keeps going back into my hose, i have going strait into the air intake carb, and blowing up my generator! I built a little flashback arrestor with gas piping filled with aquarium airstones and that obviously didn't work. Where can i buy a professional industrial flashback arrestor so I don't have to make my own?
- If you use the term 'HHO', you sound like an idiot. There's no such chemical. There's H2, there's O2, and there's H2O. Electrolysis of H2O (aka water) produces H2 (hydrogen) and O2 (oxygen) gas. Burning H2 (reacting it with O2) produces H2O. Nowhere in this process is anything called 'HHO' produced. But the bigger isue is why you'd even want to put hydrogen gas into your car engine. It is designed to burn gasoline (or diesel), not hydrogen. Putting hydrogen into a gasoline engine is like a human eating a rock. Sure, it's possible, but it doesn't give you any benefits, and it could cause serious problems.

- Detroit Diesel built 2 stroke diesel and was used in over the road trucks until early 90's when EPA pretty much clamped down on them that the engine could not pass clean air standards. There are still many running in heavy equip in the construction today. How ever they are being phased out and repowered with cleaner burning 4 stroke engines.

- No a wind bugger will not keep the battery's charged with the draw U have as the wind doesn't always blow.U will need other sources. A/C will need a generator.They make a 12v A/C don't know anything about them.

- I assume you mean a 40KVA generator which on the whole is quite large for a simple water wheel installation. If you look at Hydro electric installations they usually start with a large dam that stores a huge a mount of water from a river. The height of the water creates a large pressure at the bottom of the dam where the water is relaesed through sluices to turn massive generators. Compared with the natural flow of the river that would not be able to turn relatively small generators. So waterwheels in a river can produce electricicty but a 40KVA may be too big
- Q: If a 13L big diesel engine can produce 400 hp at 1800 rpm, and a 7L diesel can produce 400 hp at 3600 rpm, but the 13L produces twice the torque, which would produce more electricity?
- The 13 L of course, but in the case of a generator its usually limited somehow, also its more about fuel efficiency with power generation then anything, you want it to last through a storm or power outage for as long as possible and a 13 L will chug way more gas then the 7L, also what kind of engine are these a thirteen liter diesel engine only putting out 400 hp is a joke and it could go higher then 1800 RPM. So yes the 13l would produce more electricity quicker, but the 7L would be more useful and practical.

- Why a propane unit? Propane cost more per gallon that gasoline or diesel. If you have access to natural gas it would make more sense.

- Hey kesha, welcome to Hawaii, ok? So, lectricity very spensive hea Hawaii, main reason gonna be that we generate with Diesel Generator, which cost lot, ok? Now some wind generator hea, but sad thing is, it MORE SPENSIVE than Diesel, hard to believe, but true, ok? Also, few months ago supplier of diesel for generators try to get state to allow import of Palm Oil, for use inna generators, but all greenie/whale hugger/sierra club idiots stop that cause they say palm oil production cause rainforest to go away, ok? Stupid people, I say, it would have cut cost of diesel in HALF, but would require replacement and modification of some of the diesel engine, but still cost less for people, but not gonna happen now, ok? Most of residential property hea, like studio apartment, gonna have they own meter, and cost per Kilowatt hour round $.35, ok? Now that not sound like too much, cept that if you compare to otha place, like for instance LA, they pay bout $.15, for same amount, ok? Or, place like Las Vegas, they pay bout $.08 per KWhour, ok? So, you can see gonna add up inna hurry, specially if you use lectric to heat water, cook, clean, a/c, which gonna be normal for lotta place hea, specially on Oahu, yeah? So, lotta people I talk to pay 100 to 120/ month for lectric, but you can save some money too, by not leave no lite on, take cool/warm and very short shower, ( if you use lectric water heater), not use A/C, eva cept onna really hot day, use sweeper rather than vacuum, keep fridge on higher setting, you can maybe get it down to 50, 60 buck a month, ok?
