Q:Mainly the front and rear of the quick release!
Find a wrench down
Q:i bought a new skateboard and now i have a decsion between two wheels which one should i choose?Pig Street Core 53mm or Spitfire 50/50 54mm thx p.s wats better cored wheel or normal ones
hard to say, both wheels suck.js.ur better off with any other brand really.Id go with pig,ive had spitfire and they start peeling and get chunks taken out of em.They fall apart really easy.
Q:My rear driver‘s side wheel is vibrating on my 2001 Hyundai Sonata. It seems to vibrate worse at highway speeds. the wheel vibrated with my old tire (before it went flat), with the donut, and after 4 new tires and a front end alignment (for an unrelated vibrating issue), it continues to shake the entire vehicle. But I have also noticed that when I go around a left curve, (and turn the wheel to the left), the vibration disappears. When the wheel is straightened back out, the vibration returns. I‘ve heard it could be the wheel itself, but the donut is a completely different wheel that still vibrated. When I take the wheel off and turn the rotor, it doesn‘t spin smoothly, and makes a scraping sound during the revolution (possibly rubbing on the brake pads?). Is this part of my problem? I have had the entire wheel bearing assembly replaced in that wheel within the last 2 years. Any advice on what this could be would be very helpful. Thank you.
It SEEMS LIKE its coming from the rear. Its not. Its not even the wheels at all. It is the steering gear box. I am a professional and had the same problem MANY TIMES! If it was the wheels, it would be the same all the time. Since it is not the same all the time it is the steering gearbox or something in the steering mechanism. Also you said you took off the wheel and spin it. Scraping noise is normal when the wheel is off
Q:i got the 51mm hubba ice cubes from zumiez. i have reds bearing, their a little dirty but nothing to make them go slower or less distance. i know its my wheels though. i skate around my neighborhood alot. its just street terrain, like actual highway, city street thing. ill push like a million times and go good for about 2 second, but then i just stop moving. the only reason ill move from my regular spot is cause i pushed all the way. what do i do?? i got them like a month ago, custom board with them.
Smaller wheels go slower. Simple rotational motion. Larger wheels must travel faster to compensate for the greater distance traveled in on revolution. It's why some longboard racers have 95mm wheels. The only cure is to get bigger wheels. Cruising wheels are normally about 65-75mm
Q:Currently running 69mm 78a Nineball Slalom Wheels from Sector 9 for campus cruising. The smallest pebble will send my board flying backwards so I‘m looking for some new wheels that grip well, travel smoothly but are able to go over these pebbles with no problem. Tips? Suggestions?
Nineballs are actually a good sized wheel. those must be huge pebbles. If you really want larger wheels, look at some Abec11 BigZigs or Sector 9 77mm Offset Race Formulas.
Q:Can I use my road bicycle with disc wheels?
those aren;t disks really wind will be an issue but not as much as real disks What is that frame good for? Can I just swap my wheels to this one? --what frame? anyway if you are just puttering about the streets there is no need for $$$$$$ wheels wle
Q:my truck come with 20" wheels i wondering if 17" wheels will fit it
17 Wheels For Dodge Ram 1500
Q:Alto low-speed driving wheel jitter how to do
Depression is now on your question to make the following analysis of the imbalance caused by a specific speed of the vibration, causing vibration of the moving imbalance mainly include: wheel unbalance and drive shaft imbalance. In actual use, tire repair, tire steel ring deformation, the number of front tire bolts inconsistent factors such as tire will lead to unbalanced; transmission shaft bending, balance block off and so will cause the drive shaft is not balanced. A vibration caused by a moving imbalance. Will increase with the increase in speed.
Q:hi ppl. how would i find out if a vechile is front wheel drive or rear wheel jus by lookoin at it??? wat is the primary physical difference between these??? presice answers pl.
Look under the back of the car. In a rear-wheel drive car, there will ALWAYS be a differential between the rear wheels. In most cars, this is a metal case that's kind of round, with an axle coming out either side, and a drive shaft going in front. It's sometimes called a pumpkin. In some cars you have a rear trans-axle.an integrated transmission and differential. These are usually found in front-wheel drive cars, but are also found in mid-engined rear-drive cars, and in some sports cars (like the Corvette) for reasons of weight distribution (it puts the transmission nearer the rear of the car, counterbalancing the engine in front) All-wheel drive cars and 4WD cars and trucks also have differentials in the back, though. So this isn't a way to tell RWD from AWD/4WD. AWD cars also have a middle differential, but it isn't usually physically in the middle of the car, it's integrated into the transaxle. (They also have a front diff, same story) The way to spot AWD is that you have drive axles going to all four wheels. In a 2WD car, two of the wheels do not have drive axles running into the center of them. They're just sort of mounted onto the hub assembly.
Q:Other than asthetic view alloy wheels are more costlier and very difficult to repair when it is damaged compared with ordinary steel wheels.
Go to the hardware store and look at lamp parts. They can be assembled into a decent pipe. You can get brass screens in plumbing, they are used as faucet screens.
