Hydraulic excavator capabilities have expanded far beyond excavation tasks with buckets. With the advent of hydraulic-powered attachments such as a breaker, a grapple or an auger, the excavator is frequently used in many applications other than excavation. Many excavators feature a quick coupler for simplified attachment mounting, increasing the machine's utilization on the jobsite. Excavators are usually employed together with loaders and bulldozers. Most wheeled, compact and some medium-sized (11 to 18-tonne) excavators have a backfill (or dozer) blade. This is a horizontal bulldozer-like blade attached to the undercarriage and is used for levelling and pushing removed material back into a hole.

Lets assume that for this scenario I only have Worldspine Wurm out.I know that I would have fifteen 1/1 soldiers coming into play plus three 5/5 wurms. Ideally I would think they all would enter with +18/+18, but I know that there is some weird way of doing this math. (ex. Rite of Replication kicked on Halimar Excavator mills over 100 cards due to some weird math way)
- Peter is wrong, they don't come at the same time. The abilities from the wurm and the enchantment resolve separately. Since you control both of them you can choose the stack order. After the first ability resolves it will trigger the crusade x times and crusades ability will resolve before the second ability resolves and triggering the crusade another x times. So you can choose either: getting the wurms first, the soldiers wont get 3 +1/+1 counters from the wurms triggers. you end up with 3 23/23 wurms and 15 16/16 soldiers or getting the soldiers first the wurms wont get 15 +1/+1 counters for the soldiers for 15 19/19 soldiers and 3 8/8 wurms.

- It depends on where you live - in some areas you can bury the horse. You need a backhoe because the hole must be enormous. You also can have the body disposed of professionally. What I have done is pay someone to pick up the body and take it to a rendering plant so they can use the body for animal feed. I know that sounds gruesome and I hate to think of it because I'm a horse lover, but I try to be realistic. If I have a 1,200 pound horse, the muscle and bone can be used. So once the veterinarian euthanizes the horse, I call the rendering company. There are companies that make livestock carcasses into compost and companies that literally cook the carcass to sterilize it so it can be put into a landfill. For me, the most responsible thing is to make some use of the remains. It's a sad affair all around. But I see it as the same thing I plan for my body - I plan to be an organ donor. They can use anything that is useful from me. I won't need it! And I've seen so many people die because they needed an organ - most people don't think of it when a loved one dies. They should.

- You're only talking about 60cubic yards of material; you don't need an extremely large excavator for that amount. Even a small, tire-mounted backhoe should be able to easily handle that amount unless it is hard-packed clay, stone or oyster shell. I'm not talking about a terra-mite (a lawn mower with a backhoe attachment) but a decent sized John Deere, Case, Ford or Kubota with a backhoe. Of course, you can go all out and rent a smaller tracked excavator but there really isn't any reason to spend the extra money unless you just want to. They will make the work go quicker but the added expense is, in my opinion, not justified by the time saved. Good luck and enjoy!
