Copper conductor 3 cores cable wires are used for lighting,electronic equipment,instument and communication equipment with rated voltage 450⁄750V or less.

Specification:

1.The rated voltage of the wire should be equal to or higher than the rated voltage of the system when wires are used at AV system.If the wires are used at DC system,the rated voltage of system should be lower than 1.5 times as high as rated voltage of cabal and wires. The working voltage of the system could be 1.1 times as high as the rated voltage of the cabal.

2.The long term working temperature should low than 70°c,the working temperature of BV-90 should lower than 90°c.And the laying temperature should higher than 0°c.

3.The curve diameter of the wire should longer than 8 times of the diameter of the outer diameter of cable and wires if their outer diameter is 25mm or above.If the diameter of the cable and wires is above 25mm,the curve diameter should be 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable and wires.

Q:I bought a power wire off a dealer and in order to connect it to the battery I don't have the little fuse box at the end like most people have. Is this necessary for installation? Cause my friend said it might cause a fire..im no expert?: The fuse isnt mandatory but its a good thing to have if your drawing alot of power then you will need it ive blown like 4 then i upgraded no more blown fuses but ya you should get one

Q:I bought a new amp and sub to replace my old ones. I disconnected the battery, unplugged the old amp and plugged the new one in and when I reconnected my battery the power cable began to smoke at all the exposed ends and got very hot. What causes this? Is it because the new amp requires more current than the old one and that is causing it to get very hot? And what is the solution to my problem?Thanks: you are creating a short circuit with the battery if this is happening while the amp is not on. disconnect all wires and make sure your positive lead goes to only positive terminal /amp input. then do the same for the ground. if you dont have a fuse protecting the wire it will get so hot it will melt the insulation and start a fire. if this is happening only when the amp is on and your system is pulling a large current through it (music real loud) then you need to upgrade your wires asap. make sure you have a fuse protecting the power wire close to the battery and a fuse whenever you downgrade in size of wire. a $1 fuse with the correct rating for the wire its protecting will safe your *** if you short circuit.

Q:Have a 480 volts 3 phase 16 amp motor. Need 400 ft of extention cord. Is is OK to use a SOOW 10/4 cable, the voltage drop is 2.67%(12 volts). Machine is powerd by a generator that I can run at 500 volts to counter the voltage drop.8/4 cable cost twice as much, but the voltage drop is 1.7%(8 volts).: I suppose this may work, just remember make sure you don't overheat your cord, and your motor runs ok with this setup, over or under voltage is hard on a motor. try using a volt meter on the motor while under load in order to find the proper voltage for the generator, that % is calculated and may not be acurate in real life.

Q:theres a red wire, black and yellow. i turned the power supply to the shower off at the main switch board. but when cutting through the cables to repair it it nocked off another switch on the switch board even though the shower is on its own circuit. does this mean there is still power in the wires and is there any power in the yellow wire (earth). witch is the live wire red or black?: Power near shower or to? You have 220 power and both the red and black are live (will deliver 110 to earth.)

Q:So I'm trying to add a sata hard drive from an older computer in my new one, but I encountered a problem. I have the cable the connects to the motherboard and the hard drive, but when looking at the power connectors for the hard drives, there is only one and it is connected to the main hard drive. Am I missing something that is slapping me in the face here, or is this a design flaw? there are 6 hard drive holders sooooo, it seems that there should be 6 power cords inside, but no. Only one. What do I do?: Your chasis ia able to hold 6 hard disk but seems like your power supply does not. You can buy a cable splitter for the power or buy a new power supply. Do take note of the wattage rating on your power supply. Since there is only 1 cable, it may not have enough wattage to support the hardware

Q:My power supply has one cable with 3 sata connectors on it. Can I connect my disc drive and hard drive on the one cable? My PSU also has a cable with 3 four pin molex connectors on it and my case has 3 fans. Can I connect all my fans to that one cable with all the molex connectors on it?: Yes to both questions. It doesn't matter whether you're connecting only harddrives to that cable or only diskdrives (aside from the fact that these are usually located a little apart from each other.) You can combine both and they will work. As for fans... If they have the molex connectors rather than standard 3-pin fan connectors, you can connect them for sure. Depending on what power supply you have, you'll probably have anywhere from 18-30amp on your 12v molex rail. Harddrives will take under 2amp, and depending on what fans you have, they'll use anywhere 0.5-3amp, so even if you have 3 extremely powerful fans drawing 3amp each (3 x 3amp = 9amp), you can safely connect 6 of such monster fans to that 12v molex rail. To be honest, I haven't met too many of such fans - most standard 120mm fans, even with leds, will use no more than 1.5amp. 80mm fans non-led fans will use about 0.3-0.5 amp. If you have a very powerful psu with 30amp on 12v rail and hundred of 80mm fans, in theory you can run all of them. In practice, I'd like to see that :)
