Q: Okay, so I need to buy a portable chair for my field day on for a week from now. I don't know what to get. D:I kinda need to know whatever I need is called.Thankies in advance.
These okorder /.. You can also just bring a beach towel, and sit on the ground.
Q: wooden chairs
Use furniture polish, the kind in the aerosol can. Spray it on and use a soft rag or a paper towel and wipe the polish off. If the chairs have areas where a paper towel can't reach, like if they are carved, use a paint brush that was sprayed lightly with the polish and clean those areas with that.
Q: He just BLANTENTLY peed on my new comfy chair. We keep the box very clean, scooping several times a day (so thats not the prob)We recently rescued another cat (so I think thats the problem) I've use bitter orange, but I'd like a back up plan, something to keep him OFF MY CHAIR
I'm jealous and I didn't want a baby brother. Do you still love me? That's what old cat is saying. The state of the box is not the big problem. You might try getting another one, for new cat to use just to keep a potential fight from happening. This is more of a psychological problem. I think this will stop when he learns he is still top cat. So don't scold him. Of course you still love him. He is still the best cat in the whole world you will tell him every chance you get. In the mean time, put some tin foil on the chair. Cats hate it.
Q: Mr.Edstrom had a budget of $1500 to spend on a table and 6 chairs. The total price was $249 under her budget amount. The table cost 3 times as much as a chair. What was the price of the table?
Okay, first of all you know that he has $1500 and has $249 leftover, so to calculate the amount she has spent, do this: 1500 - 249 = 1251 So now you know she has used $1251. Next we figure out what she spent it on, which are the 6 chairs and the 1 table that costs 3 times the chairs. Once we figure that out, we start to sub the chairs and tables for letters. We know the chair is the cheaper one, so let chairs be X. And we know the table is 3 times the cost, so let the table be 3X. Now, we have something that looks like this: Chairs = X Table= 3X So now we can for an equation, we know that there are 6 chairs, so 6 times X is 6X. And there is only one table so it remains as 3X. To find the total cost of everything we have to add 6X and 3X. So the formula looks like: 6X + 3X =1251 We can add the Xs together, so it becomes: 9X = 1251 X = 1251/9 X=139 Now we know that the cost of a chair is $139, and the cost of a table is three times that so: 3 x 139 = 417 The cost of a table is $417.
Q: I'm kinda bored, it's 1am and I have school in the morning, but I'm too lazy to get out of this chair. lol Help me!
Go to bed! Your old enough to know better! LOL I hope that was strict enough.
Q: I have the brenton studio bungee chair in my room for almost a year and I just read the labels in the bottom and it says, Ca prop65 warning: this product contains chemical, including lead, know to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. should I get rid of it? Its my favorite chair but im afraid of the harmful effects.
The best way to figure out where and how much lead is in your chair is to contact the company that either makes the chair or sold you the chair. They should be able to provide you further information. The warning specifically states California because California passed a low called Proposition 65 that requires all products sold in the state to identify whether or not they contain any chemicals known to cause cancer and/or birth defects. It is not a national requirement, only a CA requirement. To save money, many companies include the label regardless of where the product is sold in the US. It does NOT specify if the chemicals are at a harmful level or not, only that they are present. A Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. For further information about Proposition 65 and what chemicals CA requires to be identified, I would recommend googling it.
Q: What are some of the pros and cons of each? Massage chairs are generally expensive, are they worth it? how close do they mimic a live massage?
As a male you are good for the heavy duty work of many patients, Nursing homes employ many male CNAs. There is also Assisted Living Communities that don't require CNA certification yet. They train you as a Care Manager and you do many of the same duties. You are right, the pay is much less but more dependable hours. The work is also not easy but rewarding however You could work part-time as a Massage therapist and full-time as a CNA or the reverse. You would get a steady income as well as gravy money for the other job and do good at the same time. Also consider a Chiropractor as a place to work, many use them as part of a treatment plan. Best wishes
Q: Does anyone know of a place/web site that sells pillows to put on office chairs? I've been of great need for my neck and can't find one.
Try Staples , They carry a lot of things like that and they have a large selection of chairs as well . Or try an ergonomics store try Bodybilt Direct Mrktg Store the number is 866-374-6463 try them . Good Luck :)
Q: I hate this chair! There is only one control item--a lever, and I've never used it at all. Yet my chair is a different height every other week. This morning I found it so high, my feet don't touch the floor and I can't figure out how to lower it! I've moved the lever in and out and every which way, but the chair doesn't budge.
Some old chairs adjusted just by screwing in and out of the central column. Since yours has a lever, this is probably not the case. If you have never used the lever, then we can't be certain what it does, but on most I have used, pulling up on the lever while seated should allow the chair to lower. Pulling up while off the chair should allow the chair to rise. Some I have seen also let you push or pull the lever to lock or allow the back to tilt some. If you have tried this, the pneumatic cylinder may be shot. Likely just need a new chair.
Q: A lot of students fall over backwards in chairs at school. Has this happened to anyone?
Either use chairs that are attached to the desk, or superglue the kid to it.
