- Bench press, by far. You need heavy weight, low rep range for significant gains.

- You can't press charges. Period. Only the DA or Prosecuting Attorney can do that. What you CAN do is reprt the incident to police, who will then investigate (if there's credible evidence) refer the case for prosecution. Bear in mind that if charges are pressed they MUST be filed in the jurisdiction where the crome occurred. That means it will not be where you currently live.
- Q:I am looking to get into reloading. What brand press should I get? I want a press that will do it all, prime, re-size etc. Also is it better to get a full kit or build my own from different manufacturers like say and RCBS press, Lyman scale, and Lee dies etc. Please help.
- LEE would be good for a beginner to learn with, making several hundreds of rounds. RCBS would be good for a more advanced reloader similar to the LEE but the presses are heavier duty. Dillon would be for the more advance reloader that is thinking of producing several hundred to thousands of rounds. All have kits that will cover most of your needs for the caliber that you are reloading. some more expensive than others. All their dies have their particular traits and all will fit whatever press you use. Some presses use shell holders others have shell plates. Some are single stage and others are progressive. You have to decide what your requirements are and how much you are going to reload and in which calibers are you planning on reloading.

It covers everything from under eye circles to huge blemishes, birthmarks, scarring, redness etc without creasing. it's oil free, long lasting and suits all skintypes especially sensitive. Pressed powder foundation: Youngblood Minerals pressed mineral foundation. It's matte and controls oil pretty well on it's own. Has light to full buildable coverage that looks/feels very natural, never flakey or cakey, never streaky, never broken me out. I set it with either jurlique rose/citrus or youngblood minerals rice mineral pressed powder, coverfx oil absorbing matte fx , origins silk screen, tarte micronized finishing powder etc depending what I have around atm. I also use Boscia Oil Free Daily Hydration spf15 + Skindinavia No More Shine to ensure that I remain matte all day no matter how hot/humid. This works but isn't overdrying.

- You didn't press charges or charge him. You filled out a Police Report. The Police investigated and charged him. Only the Police/DA can dismiss charges, and it isn't going to happen. What he did was very serious. The justice system will be the best help he can get. Mom obviously didn't do it. You did the right thing. Don't let anyone make you feel badly. PS If the Police work out a plea bargain or the gentleman pleads guilty , you and the girls will not have to sit in the courtroom.
