It's terrible for text and has a short battery charge. The small display on my phone is very scratched already with just normal use. I tried to return the phone in the first week after I purchased it with no luck. I have the 50. Unlimited plan and added 10. for unlimited international text. No one else I've found offers unlimited international text. Boost has the best plan I've found but poor service quality and the Motorola i335 is not a good phone. He has the blast and I had the Nokia 5310 (i recently upgraded to the G1.) The blast is an ok phone. The battery life is not anything amazing but it is ok. I really liked my Nokia 5310. It was compact, had a great music player and it had a long battery life. I know its not a slider phone but you should really check it out. They also have them on sale for $50, just at your budget!

Q: I have a SG2 , if I go to maps it will tell me where I am .can other people see this if they want ? is there an app for tracking Mobile phones ? and if so how can I prevent this ?: The phone uses wifi/cell phone tower locations when the GPS is off. Nobody else can see where it is unless you make a posting map for where you were when you made the post. It does not track every step you make. If you have ATT Family map or something like it then who ever is in charge of paying your bill can see where the phone is. ~good luck

Straight Talk will not accept a Boost Mobile phone, period. 2.) Boost Mobile phones are not compatible with Straight Talk's GSM SIM cards. 3.) Boost Mobile phones with SIM card slots are either iDEN (which will not work with a GSM SIM card), or are locked from being used outside of Boost Mobile.
