- Q: ok, so i love making jewelry, and probably a year ago i went to michael's bought a roll-type thing of really soft, really, really thin silvery wire. a couple of days ago i went to michael's again and it wasn't there.as i said, the wire that i had is very thin, very soft, and also after you bend it, it won't snap back- it actually will never go back to being completely straight, even if you try to make it do that.is memory wire what i should be looking for?does anyone have any suggestions to what kind of wire i should get?

Sterling Silver Wires To choose the right kind of silver wire for your project, you should know how you want the piece to look and what kind of piece you are creating. You will need to consider both the hardness of the wire and the gauge of the wire. There are three kinds of sterling silver wire. They are: Dead soft, half hard and full hard. Dead soft wire is very easy to bend. It can be better for wire wrapping or for making wire beads but will often not hold shapes intended for wire wrapping. Dead soft silver wire is usually used by people who work silver because it hardens as its shaped and hammered. Half hard sterling wire is stronger than dead soft but is still quite malleable. It is excellent in wire wrapping smaller or heavier beads and is a good choice for beading and jewelry making projects. Full hard silver wire is hard to use and bend and not necessarily recommended for jewelry making - at least for a hobbyist.

- run a wire from your amp ( there should be a place for it by the ground wire and power wire called REM for remote ) to the back of you radio. look on you harness and there should be a blue wire to connect it to. that is if it is aftetmarket. if its factory radio then i cant tell you how to do it on here cause that would take to long.. haha..

- There is no Accessory wire, but only one yellow switched power wire hot in run. I usually steal accessory power in an F-body from the cigar lighter harness. One of the other wires, I forget which, is hot with the dash lights. Isolate it.

The coil in a speaker is an air-wound coil designed to maximise the amount of wire that's sitting in the magnetic field. The ones in induction coils are usually designed to maximise the inductance in a small a space as possible, so they are wound on ferrite or iron cores. I think Faraday's thought process probably went something like I wonder what will happen if I put a lot of turns in the coil. If I use uninsulated wire it will short out, so I'd better insulate it. They didn't make him a Fellow of the Royal Society for nothing. He used cotton insulation. Some of his equipment still exists, and still works.
- Q: I am wiring a GFCI receptacle with two regular receptacles after it.So before the GFCI I have my 12/2 wire from where it will hook into the box (the line side), after it I have my wire going to the two other receptacles (the load side).Well the GFCI receptacle has screw terminals for the line HOT and WHITE wires as well as a GROUND. On the bottom it has screw terminals for the load side but ONLY the HOT and WHITE, no ground screw.Does this mean that I don't hook up the ground for the load wire or does it mean I have to pigtail the ground to the same screw the line ground is using?I didn't want to assume that I connect the line and load grounds out of fear I was circumventing the GFCI.
- i have an older home with metal boxes, so i attach the line ground to the ground screw in the box approximately in the middle of that wire. then i use the remainder of the wire as a pigtail and attach all of the remaining ground wires to the tail of that wire, plus a pig tail lead to the gfci outlet's ground terminal. if you have plastic boxes, you would skip the grounding of the box, and just join them all together, plus the lead for the outlets ground screw. you may find a picture of this in the instructions that came with the outlet, although they usually are kind of small and hard to read. good luck, hope this helped.

- The red one is the earth wire so should go in the right part by the fuse and the yellow one is neutrol so goes in the top middle bit :) Hope that helps

- It should be the BLK/ LB wire (although my wiring schematic shows that wire BLK/ GREEN), It will be the only circuit that have a varying voltage between 0-1 volt. Probe the wires with a DVOM and determine which wire has the signal, one wire will supply B+ for the heater, one is heater ground, one is reference supply voltage and one is signal return The signal return is the circuit you need to tap.
