Q:what are the different types of aluminum made out of?
the aluminum is alloyed with various metals to change the characteristics of the aluminum the link below shows a table showing the various chemical/metals added to aluminum to make different alloys
Q:question about aluminum recycling processes?

Q:Another spear question, how strong would aluminum be?
From my understanding aluminum weapons are only for exhibitions and never for anything close to real, let alone impact. Aluminum can be a strong/durable metal, but in the end it can hardly hold up against wood like pine, let alone oak. There's also here-say about aluminum shattering. I don't really know what that's about, but I have heard a rumor that about some doing so, whatever the extend of shattering really means. I wouldn't bother with aluminum when there's very fine woods that can be used instead. Aluminum is also cheap and it's said you get what you pay for. Personally, I'd forget aluminum and go with a hard wood.
Q:Why aluminium plate warp after sandblasting?
If you can, try and get ceramic plates, they are sooooooo much better than titanium or aluminum because they don't cause as much damage to your hair. But, if you have to choose between titanium or aluminum, go with titanium. The only thing aluminum will do for your hair is fry it and give it split ends. Please don't waste your money on a straightener with alumium plates, :)
Q:What would life be like without aluminum?
It would pretty much be the same. Although aluminum is a very useful metal, if it were non-existent, we would simply use other metals or plastics. Plastic is just as infinitely recyclable as aluminum and lighter. Copper, tin, and magnesium (or an alloy of these) could be substitute for aluminum in certain applications. Then there are all these new composite materials being developed, some of which are lighter and stronger then most metals, including aluminum.
Q:Is the aluminum coil with damaged side still useful?
The side of tire, also called side wall, is the thinnest and most fragile. Side wall damages can be divided into swell and scratch. The swell is often caused by external force (The car is trapped in pit or on curb when you are driving fast). It can cause the cord thread break so that the rubber of the tire side wall cannot be fixed and tightened. The size of the swell is often as big as that of an one-yuan coin and will become bigger as the traveling distance increases. Under such circumstance, it is recommended to replace the tire. Scratch is usually caused by bad roads or debris on the road. It is recommended to replace the tire if the scratch in the side wall is obvious and the cord thread break. If the front wheels have such damages, the tire should be replaced as soon as possible (Because the steering, braking and driving is mainly based on the front wheels.). If there is no spare tire on site, change the front damaged tire with the rear tire and drive to an appropriate place.
Q:Why do tin/aluminium cans have grooves in the side?
To allow for expansion and contraction when temperature varies. (Strength would be from Vertical grooves). (Thanks (Ω)Jack).
Q:How much does it cost to use fluorocarbon paint for aluminum coil roller coating?
Fluorocarbon paint can be divided into fluorocarbon paint for exterior wall, aluminum fluorocarbon paint, metal fluorocarbon paint and steel structure fluorocarbon paint according to usages. It can also be divided into national standard product and non-national standard product according to industrial standards.
Q:What are the main causes of aluminum strip rolling?
Also, what types of mill, simple four roll or roll type control of CVC and HC mills?
Q:aluminum vs carbon fiber ?
