- This one is easy. Intercept! It's the most expensive of the three, but it is the only Android phone. The Rumor is crap, and the Curve, in my opinion, sucks compared to an Android phone. If you want a cheaper contract service, go with Sprint (who owns Virgin's towers). You'll pay about the same as going with Virgin (70/mth with 450 minutes, Unlimited Txt, Unlimited Web, Unlimited Sprint TV) and you'll not have to worry if you forget to put money on your phone.because if you forget with Virgin, your phone will cut off. Also, phone wise, the Intercept will run you as low as 20.00 while with Virgin, it'll be more like 250.

- When you have any sort of phone, from any provider/carrier, you need to contact the company and let them know what kind of phone you are using. This then goes onto record, even though you didn't purchase the phone from the company (you got it from your uncle). - Getting an actual working mobile phone number during the sign-up process is a way for YouTube to verify that you are a real person and it also prevents you from making hundreds of different accounts (unless you have hundreds of phone numbers too). So I assume that this island that you claim to live on doesn't offer cell phone service. That makes me wonder why you have a cell phone, if it doesn't work. My suggestion: Get a working cell phone. Perhaps go to the mainland and visit a public library and establish a YouTube account from there.

- Ok here is the dealBoost Mobile is Nextel's prepaid phone service. Even though they are pretty much the same company unfornately you still can't interchange the sim cards because of Nextel being programmed as a contract service and Boost is programmed as a prepaid service. Unlocking the phone has nothing to do with the sim card but with the Esn or Meid number which is found on the sticker underneath your battery on your phone. Some retailers will take that number and unlock it so that you can use that phone on any carrier that you wish but you have to find a company that will do that. Without the phone being unlocked you are stuck having to use the phone on the given carrier it belongs to. I hope this has helped and God Bless!
