Single Stage End Suction Chemical Pump

Description of Single Stage End Suction Chemical Pump

ASP5020 series standard chemical pump is a centrifugal pump, which includes horizontal, single stage, single suction, volute casing, foot-mounted, cantilever type.

The pump is designed based on the SO2858 "End-suction centrifugal pumps Designation, nominal duty point and dimensions", and GB5656 "Technical specifications for centrifugal pumps(Class II)".

The pump is reliable, steady and efficient in hydraulic performance, and comply with International standards with simple structure and easy maintenance.

Sealing system includes packing seal, single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal and tandem mechanical seal according to different working conditions.

Application Area of Single Stage End Suction Chemical Pump

Especially applied in: Refinery, Chemical and Petrol-chemical industry, Power plant, Sugar factory

Transmit liquid that is low temperature or high temperature; liquid that is neutral or corrosive; liquid that is clean or includes solid particles.

Performance Range of Single Stage End Suction Chemical Pump

Specification: DN 32~300mm

Capacity: Q 2~2000m³/h

Head: H ~160m

Work pressure: P ~2.5Mpa

Work temperature: t -80~+300ºC

Structural Characteristics of Single Stage End Suction Chemical Pump

Bearing support, shaft, sealing box and impeller form an installation module, which can be changed among different pumps in order to save the holding cost of spare parts. In the meantime, after dismantling separable coupling, there is no need to dismantle pipeline and motor before disassembling the installation module formed by Bearing support, shaft, sealing box and impeller.

(1) Pump casing

Single volute and double volute structure shall be designed on the pump casing, with interchangeable impeller ring on the pump casing to protect pump casing from abrasion. And pump casing shall also be designed with the structure of heating jacket.

(2) Flange position

Inlet flange is horizontally suctioned, outlet flange is radially upwards.

(3) Hydraulic and axial force balance

Performance curve is stable with low cavitation and high efficiency, and this characteristic shall be kept like this even when load is not enough.

(4) Bearing and lubrication

Single-row ball-bearing and thin oil lubrication shall be applied on the bearing;bearing sealing is labyrinth seal;oil level is automatically controlled by a constant oil cup.

(5) Shaft seal

Mechanical seal box or packing seal box shall be applied on the shaft seal, and seal box can be cooled or heat retaining, shaft seal can be cooled or washed.

(6) Flange pressure rating and rotation direction

Flange design pressure rating is PN16 and PN25,and ANSI125,150 is also applicable.

The pump rotates clockwise from the direction of motor end.

FAQ

Q: How can I get trained on CNBM products?

A: Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.

Q: Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

A: CNBM aims to give its customers the highest standards of quality and service and delivery times, all at a reasonable price.

Q: Do you have self-priming pumps?

A: Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.

Q: Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

A: It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

Q: If I increase the power of the motor, must I also increase the power of the inverter?

A: You must select the size of converter that allows maximum absorption of the electric motor.

Q:Location of water pump in the '97 Toyota avalon?
The water pump is commonly driven either by the pump drive belt or the timing chain/belt. It is easy to replace the belt-driven water pump, as it can be remove from outside of the engine. For the timing chain/belt driven water pump, you need to remove the front cover and belts before you can reach the pump. Drive your car to the nearest dealer workshop and ask the mechanic.
Q:Does a Insurance policy cover if your Well water pump?
power outage doesn't burn out water pump. it would simply stop. so insurance would reject this. cause of burnout depends on type of pump and situation. you'll have to dig deeper for the real reason. [breaking the seal on a pump that is immersed in the water would burn it out. dollars to donut holes though that isn't covered by homeowner's insurance -- would be treated the same as a breakdown of your heating unit due to wear.]
Q:My 1990 Ford f150 water pump is leaking from 1 spot underneath. It is brand new, What's going on?
I doubt it. It's almost certainly the gasket.
Q:i am looking for a water pump?
Flow? Head? suction pressure? Type of pump if that matters to you? You'll get better suggestions if you provide as much information as is relevant.
Q:1997 Honda Civic water pump change?
This is a hot topic even among Honda enthusiasts and professionals. The whole deal about changing the water pump, as you probably know, is that the labor to do that is small once the timing belt is out of the way. However - and this is the big issue - most original Honda water pumps last a very long time, even more than 200K miles. Do you feel lucky? One big issue enters here: what sort of antifreeze has been used in it? If it still has Honda antifreeze (dark green in your 1997, as I recall) the pump is probably still good for another 100K miles even if the coolant has not been changed on schedule. If it has conventional (bright) green or some other coolant that is not known to be silicate free I strongly recommend replacing the pump with an OEM pump. See the first source for the reason. In any case, I recommend replacing the water pump with the next timing belt change if you don't do it this time. 300K miles is a lot to ask of a pump seal. I also strongly recommend not going with an aftermarket pump - OEM only. I make a habit of always replacing the pump and tensioner(s). EDIT - Shane A has a good point. If the water pump fails next year the price of a new pump and tensioner will seem trivial. The pain of higher cost is temporary, the peace of mind is lasting.
Q:how many water pumps are in a volvo penta?
So far the only other answer is dead wrong. Your Bayliner has a raw water pump mounted inside the boat. Depending on HP it might be on the front of the crankshaft, or opposite the alternator on the AQ120-140 motors. Then there is a second water pump, which circulates the water through the block. There is no 3rd water pump. None of the Volvo engines have a water pump in the stern drive. I repeat none! The Raw water pump is a rubber impeller. The Thermostat can also be blocked and cause overheating. In some cases it's actually rust/crud that block the exhaust elbows which in turn blocks flow. If you run it on a flush attachment you might be able to check blockages by the amount of water exhausted from the transom/drive. You can edit your question with your specific engine. It takes 7 to 10 min to replace the water pump impeller. You do not have to prime the water pump....ever. Do not however run with out water. Either being in the lake,Bay. ocean, or using the correct flush attachment.
Q:i need to change the water pump in my car?
You need more estimates - those prices are way (!!!!!) overpriced; keep a gallon jug of water with you at all times and check the radiator fluid level when the engine is cold [NEVER when hot] and get 3 - 5 estimates from different garages
Q:chrysler sebring water pump?
Whoever quoted you $800 is a crook. I cant remember exactly how much I paid parts labor for my last water pump but Im guessing under $150. The car CAN be driven as is.Just be sure to add water regularly and do not drive it hot.
Q:Best way to adjust electric water pump speed?
A more efficient way would be to use a PWM controller which wastes less energy. Luckily these are available as modules now for motor speed control, so are plug and play with a variable control knob on the front. Just make sure you pick one suitable for your voltage range.
Q:99 Oldsmobile Intrigue, water pump recently replaced, and now temperature seems high?
It means the fan isn't working. No air is going through the radiator at low speeds.
