roduct Introduction:
TPOW series single-stage double-suction split volute centrifugal pump is produced by our company based on importing the advanced technology from Germany in accordance with the market demand. By using the original and modified impeller and cutting, the pump boasts a full and wide range of spectrum and high service efficiency. The water pump can provide the working points of any flow and lift head  required by the user within the spectrum performance range. TPOW pump adopts a hydraulic model with the self-balancing axial force and radial force, which is the best both at home and abroad currently. It boasts stable performance ,high efficiency, compact structure, small vibration, strong resistance to pressure of pump body and being easy for installation and maintenance.
Main Purpose :
TPOW series of product is widely used for water plant, irrigation ,drainage pumping station, power station, water circulation of air-conditioning, industrial water supply system, fire system and shipping industry as well as for the general purpose in the oil refining industry.
Application of Performance
Diameter of pump outlet:DN80-800mm
Pump flow range :Q≤11600m3/h
Pump lift head range:H≤200m
Pump working pressure:P≤2.5Mpa
Pump working temperature:T≤105℃
Pump working voltage:U=380V,6kV,10kV
Hydraulic performance:
It adopts the internantional advanced computer aided software and the modern design methods(namely optimum design and reliable design approach) for the hydraulic and structural design of the pump so that TPOW double-suction pump boasts efficient and noticeable resistance to cavitation. Compared with home-made like products, this series of product has a 2-4% higher efficiency and noticeably stronger cavitation resistance, which will save a lot of capital for the user .

Structural Features:
1.Compact structure ,space effective and much shorter axial dimensions.
2.Small vibration and low noise, achieved mainly by means of the follow:
A、The pump casing adopts the double-volute structure;
B、The rotor part has short axial dimensions and  a good rigidity.
C. The pump shaft adopts the imported high-precision bearing for the support.
Working Conditions:
The maximum working pressure of TPOW volute double-suction pump system is 2.5Mpa, namely pump inlet pressure +pump lift head≤2.5Mpa,and the test pressure of pump static pressure is 3.75Mpa.   According to the maximum pressure that the pump body can bear, the materials for body and bonnet adopt the grey cast iron(1.6Mpa),spheroidal graphite cast iron(2.0Mpa)and cast steel (2.5Mpa). Please note the pump′s bearing pressure or materials in the order.  This series of pump can transport the clear water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as clear water with  temperture T≤105℃.
Type Designation:
TPOW 300 - 450(I)A
TPOW –TPOW Volute type split casing double suction pump
300 – diameter of pump outlet (mm)
450 – nominal diameter of impeller (mm)
   I –  Flow classification

Q:2005 pontiac grand prix 3.8 v6There is a scratching type of noise when i start the car. Looked under the hood and it seemed to be coming from the serpentine belt.Took the belt off and and checked the pulleys for any play and turned out the water pump pulley wobbles back and forth too much. Replaced the belt with a new one and want to replace the pulley. It does not seem to have a loose screw so i'm wondering if i can take the pulley itself off and replace it, or would i have to replace the pump too? Still makes the noise with new belt and you can see the pulley wobble a bit when the car is running.
you have to replace the pump ! it,s not the pulley that,s wobbling, it,s the bearing in the water pump that,s bad and you can,t replace the bearing !
Q:new switch and new tank
Sounds like a bladder tank issue. The bladder gets potential energy when the pump fills the tank. When you open a faucet for water, the potential energy stored in the bladder will push the water out of the tank without the need of the pump coming on until the tank is almost empty. You should be able to rock the tank when the pump first comes on to see if it is light weight, as it would be when almost empty. If not then there's your problem. When the pump ends its cycle is when the tank will be at its heaviest. Again: The tank should be full when the pump is not running and almost empty just before the pump comes on. The water pressure would behave as you describe if the bladder tank is not functioning properly.

Q:they say a water pump going bad is supposed to weep out of that hole....Yet I see that a new water pump kit has two gaskettes.some o rings....is it likely that it can leak from these sources and still not come out the weep hole? They talk about berring that could go bad or seals gone bad...does this occure in the area that gets inserted into the engine( the turbine portion of the pump)if you had to guess..where is the most likely area for a water pump to fail...if seems like I have wetness off to the left( back toward the firewall) and less off to the right( front of the car)..more off the left..it is very subtile off the right.I don't see anything coming out of the weep hole..BUT the weephole is directly on top( dead center)and back towards the engine in this model. I have the car jacked up on the passengers side/next to the wheel wellso the fluid is most likely to flow backwards toward the drivers side.
I see you are very concerned. All we can do is guess. Even some of the top car guys on this site would just be guessing. Take your car to a parts store. Those guys will be more than happy to help without charging you a cent. Advice is free. You could be spending money to fix something that is not broken by listening to the posers on this site. REMEMBER; that when it is leaking, you are moving, like high winds blowing across the engine compartment and any fluid is being blown towards the back of your engine.
Q:I do pump sales ~ only to enter the line soon ~ often asked how many levels of motor? I can't recognize myself! So ask for advice here
You can also use the motor speed divided by 50, equal to the motor series.
Q:I have a 1.5 horse Power Hit and Miss engine? Is it possible to buy a water pump I could run off of the hit and miss engine that would pump water from a river over a big hill and little ways and into a water tank or is this just a waste of time. How much water could I pump at a time? A trickle or a gush of water? When I say hill I don't mean like a little hill in your yard I mean a hill you have to hike up? If you don't know are there any resources I could access? Where could I buy such a pump if there is one?
A horse and a half won't do much. You would be better off with a hydraulic ram type pump if you can get about a 10 or 15 foot fall before the ram. It will pump about 4 or 5 times the height of the fall, but in small quantities. It will run 24/7 without gasoline, so it will fill a tank over a long period of time. The railroads used them during the steam era when they had huge water towers out on the plains.
Q:What does the temperature range of the pump mean?
The temperature range refers to the temperature range of the medium in which the pump works. It is mainly determined by the influence of the pump material, especially the material of the shaft seal.
Q:i am not sure whether the water pump is bad or how much water should come out of exhaust.
take it in.
Q:I was driving when my temp gauge shot up all the way so i pulled off the next exit and my car shut off and started smoking i noticed the water pump belt was in shreds and what seemed to be anti freeze fluid and water was everywhere. I'm curious what could have broke maybe a gasket or the waterpump it's self besides just the belt?
Water pump blew up, lost your radiator fluid and broke a belt. Don't drive it, get it towed to a repair shop.
Q:Hi, I own a 2004 chev. venture and the water pump is getting noisy (most likely the bearings) I priced a refurbished one online at $18 and am wandering if this is a task I could handle myself, or if I'd most likely screw it up
i okorder i also have yahoo im
