Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

Q:Explain the effect of magnetic scale to the boiler tube?: I think you are talking about the formation of magnetite (Fe3O4). A layer of magnetite is considered to be a protective layer on the tube formed by the corrosion of a small layer of the base metal (tube wall). The layer of magnetite is desirable and is actually a controlled corrosion which degrades the tube at a slow and uniform rate. Boilers are designed for a corrosion allowance and the loss of tube wall thickness due to the magnetite layer is expected. Water chemistry is maintained to protect the magnetite layer to prevent other forms of attack and corrosion. Other forms of scale due to salts form buildup on the tube wall. Any scale buildup causes the temperature difference across the tube wall to increase. If an entire boiler system was scaled up, to maintain the same thermal output, the temperature on the fire side of the tube would have to be increased to maintain the same temp. on the water side of the tube. Eventually, tubes will fail due to the extreme temps.

Q:after knowing the amount of steam required, how to know the volume of water required to be in boiler and what is the best heating surface (2/3 or more ?): what okorder /... In such a case just keep adding tube length to the section which boils the water until you get enough mass of steam boiling- add length to the superheater if you want it hotter.

Q:Which one is preferable: combi boiler or system boiler?Thank you!: If you are buying the correct model for your house size, the combi boiler rules. You get an extra room (your old airing cupboard) and you get hot water on tap without paying through the nose to fill the immersion tank, it might make taking a shower a bit of a nuisance sometimes, but you soon get used to the right setting for your shower .

Q:and then turned off. It wont turn back on. I filled up the tank again, but still nothing. my landlord said I let the heat ran out and that the heater needs to get primed. I have no clue what that means. How often does a boiler system need to be primed, what causes it to need priming: If the tank really said 1/4 tank when it ran out of oil then the landlord is responsible for priming it and fixing the fuel gauge. tell him to prime it or have some one come and do it or you will hire some to do it then let the tank get to quarter of a tank again let it run out then go to a hotel until he gets it running again. he will be resonsible for paying for everything. priming it means getting the air out of the fuel line. sometimes it is easy something it is a pain. your filters and nozzles can be clogged from dirt that sits on the bottom of the tank. when the tank gets low that stuff gets sucked into the boiler cause all kinds of trouble.

Q:what is the purpose of providing fusible plug in boiler?: Sounds like a safety measure so that the pressure will be released if the boiler gets too hot. Just a guess.

Q:What are the safety hazards of the boiler?: Because many of the equipment are high temperature and high pressure steam and water, so should be as far away as possible from these devices.

Q:I was wondering also in the case of two boilers on the same steam header, and feed by seperate return pumps from a common return tank. When turning off and valve down one of the two at the header main gate valve. Would the vacumn that is made draw and raise the level in the boiler that is cooling down? Is it neccessary to turn off the down return pump and valve off the return line. I would think...the negitive pressure would pull in return past its return line check and hold excess water. Help!!: I would say, put one boiler on fixed load (flow rate) and the other on variable load (flow reset by pressure) so the header pressure is maintained. That is the basic principle for load sharing.

Q:Besides just being old, will a new gas boiler be more efficient, is it safer? What brand or how do I choose? Where should I get it? Should I hire my next door neighbor who does HVAC for a living? (I don't know if he does good work or not. Not much info on Angie's list in my area.) Could/should I install it myself? I'm not afraid - unless you say I should be. :) I have 4 programmable zones and valves. Also - should I be doing any maintenance on this boiler or a new one?: Newer furnaces tend to be more efficient. Are you using natural gas or propane? I would have 2 or 3 different HVAC people come in and give you an estimate. They will each recommend what to get.

Q:how many meter pipes do i need . I own a oven which is hot from 300 up to 900 celcius .. So how many meter pipes do i need to make enogh steam so i can hawe enough preasure to produce 5.5 megawat electricity: Building your own boiler is illegal in most locations. Because of catastrophic boiler explosions, they have to be made by qualified and licensed people and inspected.

Q:My Well Maclain Boiler takes a very long time to turn on and only stay on for 2 minutes. It does not respond to bridged thermostat wires. This boiler has a new gas valve with a pilot lite that is always on. What should I do?: some day people will realize that boilers are a pain in the A### and get a furnace
