Q:i want a design for small boiler 3t/hr,125psi,250c.Fuel is wood,rice husk,oil.Can any body help me?: 3 t/hr? What are you talking about? Most boilers are rated in mm BTU/hr. If you're looking to get a boiler like that though you may want to look in to the outdoor woodburning hot water boilers that you can use to heat homes. You can't burn oil in them but you'd be alright with wood and rice husks.

Q:turbine 40 mw,boiler cfbc: the first thing to do is to see the heat balance diagram. you can size the boiler as per 5% higher than VWO condition or 10% higher than MCR condition. you can size the condensate pumps and boiler feed pumps taking margins on flows and check the flow and head at drum safety valve lift off condition.

Q:I used a boiler to heat milk (the one with the coil inside) after a few seconds it started smelling bad like burnt food, i immediately drained the milk inside i noticed the coil was burnt it had this cracked up texture .. why did this happen? i had no idea it was wrong to use other liquid products with this heater besides water :(: What happened is that the milk solids congealed on the coil and insulated it so that it overheated. If the cracked-up material does not clean off or if any part of the coil is now exposed, the boiler is toast and must be discarded.

I mean that unless you have a really big dump of a house, the water cannot escape the pipes or the boiler, and it will not really evaporate into the air enough in a year to do damage. For me, in the summer I drain all the water oUT of my boiler and refill it with clean water to keep rust from building up in the system. b ut I suggest that the Gas Company will help you to get on a maintenance schedule and they will come out and do this for you So the only way to blow a boiler is to run out of water!

Q:Total heat supply rate of the boiler to the steam?: Boilers are rated in horsepower. The pressure increase is about 1 lb for each 2 degrees rise in temperature over 212 degrees. the water input pressure must be above the boiler operating pressure,so a high pressure pump is used to push the water in. The more steam you take out the more water you must put back. If your recovery rate isn't high enough you run out of steam and pressure. I hope this answers your question.
