Introduction:

China's first high-quality split hot-blast industrial stove. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 116~1395KW

Technical description:

1. It can be used in ultra-high temperature places as industrial drying and painting.

2.  Different from all-in-one stoves with both combustion and heat transferring system which result in short lifetime of stoves, high energy consumption, and high maintenance cost.

HUAYUAN HUINENG introduced the first split biomass stove in China based on technical advantages.

3. Using patent combustion technology and configuration of different burning parts to solve the combustion problem of straw and ordinary coked biomass fuel.

4. The heat exchanger components in the stove body are using efficient, energy-saving heat-resistant pipes.

5. The best configuration of our boilers can realize that gas emission temperature is close to that of air.

6. The lifetime of our stove doubles that of others, long lifetime and easy maintenance will greatly reduce the customer's cost.

Q:When I went to switch the heating on, I noticed on the boiler that the dial on the pressure reading wasn't in the 'green zone', it was below it. is this normal?
Not sure where the green zone starts, but, assuming your boiler is hot water, and not steam, the water regulators are typically set to maintain 12psi....and should be raised accordingly when the boiler is in the basement of a multi story building. You may want to make sure the water supply valve is on, and from there the feed valve / regulator should take it from there. If water is on, and you're confident that the gauge reads accurately, it'd be best to call a pro to look at it. An improperly serviced boiler can create some real hazards. Good luck
Q:HIya--I have a vent pipe that goes from the boiler to the chimney---it has a few holes in it that kind of look like someone punched them into the pipe years ago--is there a reason someone may have done that? there is hot air leaving this pipe up the chimney,,,were they trying to send some of this into the basement? should I plug them? thanks for any info!
Plug them now if you can and you must have the boiler on, replace the pipe as soon as possible. Like get new pipe today if you can do this yourself, or call a service person today. Those gasses are the combustion gasses, and could contain various amounts of carbon monoxide which is poisonous.
Q:on my bolier it says if over 2 call engineer but it is going on 3
It will explode if the pressure gets too high. There should be a pressure relief valve somewhere on the boiler to prevent the pressure from building to explosion. Hopefully the valve has been checked regularly and is in working order.
Q:I heard it will leak when turned back on after sitting all summer.
I always do this. No, it does not cause it to leak nor does it have anything to do with leaking. *
Q:i had my boilers coil clean two days ago, and the guy who did it said that the coil had a crack. Now my boiler is releasing hot water in all my floor. Is it possible that he cracked the coil, because it did not release water before the coil got clean. he said that the coil cracked because the every time the coil get clean it moves back and forth, is the true was the his fault.he works in a company and has an office in town.
It's not very likely that he cracked it, but it is possible. Just by cleaning it won't cause a crack. Now, if he drained out the water and left the gas on getting it hot, then returned the relatively cool water to the how boiler parts, then yes, it can make a crack. Those coils are generally cast iron, and VERY heavy. They don't move much if any at all. It depends on the boiler system you have. If you have the instantaneous type, I still can't see how he could have made a leak, unless he beat it with a hammer.
Q:I noticed at the place we live a plumber/electrician came out and installed something thats called a boiler pipe?? what is it? and what does it do? just wondering we weren't told anything since its a rental. and now our water pressure seems to be low?? thanks!
that could mean a few things, he replaced a pipe going to a boiler, he replaced a pipe in the boiler, he replaced a pipe on the boiler, the low water pressure is problem due to junk in the pipes, so with out more info its hard to tell
Q:He came to fix a problem with the water going hot and cold, and when he left 2 days later the boiler no longer worked. He also managed to cause water damage to our house because he left without closing up the system and failed to mention that when we turned the tap on water would spurt out the boiler.
Take him to court: Not only did he not do his job, he caused extra damage to your property. Accidents are one thing, but this is sheer negligence. Good luck.
Q:heater?s burner design?
Boilers and Burners: Design and Theory (Mechanical Engineering Series) (Hardcover) # Publisher: Springer; 1 edition (December 17, 1999) # Language: English # ISBN-10: 0387987037 # ISBN-13: 978-0387987033
Q:I am talking about the type that screws into piping and senses water temp. right outside of boiler in supply piping. My radiator system only gets hot in half the house when I turn (house) thermostat up. My boiler kicks on but only heats up a few radiators.Pump does not seem to kick on. When I bypass relay swith and wire direct to circ. pump, it runs and heats up all radiators.Pump then runs constantly but does heat up house. If I adjust house thermastat the system will heat accordingly but with pump running constantly. When I take off the back my relay swith only has one control which is set at 180. why doesn't my pump run when it is wired correctly
it does sound like either a bad or stuck relay. One thing that not a lot of contractors do, but I've had good luck with is a Johnson Controls 9010-T temperature controller, but they are expensive. Relays themselves are actually pretty inexpensive, and it sounds like you do know about them to some extent, so replacing it wouldn't be a bad idea. Relays typically are designed for 5-10K cycles, and will go bad eventually. other than the electrical usage, the pump running constantly shouldn't hurt anything as long as your boiler level and return flow is sufficient to not cavitate the pump. If your system has high load, the pump will need to run continuously to keep the boiler at level to prevent damage and scale. I know it's kind of vague, but I hope it helps some. Without knowing system specifics it's hard to nail the cause of the problem with a boiler system.
Q:I own a home older than dirt ( not really just 1932) and live in Maine. I think the boiler might be older than me though. Heats fine - just not that efficient and well Maine is CoLd.Maine has a program that provides low interest loans (3%) to replace inefficient boilers, etc.. anything related to energy or structure...Anyone know which boilers are good, what approx cost of replacing etc.. I have old cast iron radiators in each room of house. I have Natural Gas. My water is also heated this way. I could potentially (according to the charts) cut my energy costs from 4,000 a year to 2,400.
Your best bet is to contact some local companies and ask them for quotes. Just make sure they don't charge you for them. If the system is fine and you're just strictly replacing the boiler, you won't be running into much in the way of labor costs as it should be a fairly simple swap. While these companies are in your home, you can talk to them about different brands, etc. Try to get these quotes now before those companies get busy in the cold weather. I'm sorry I can't give any specifics on the brand of boiler. Good luck to you.
