Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

Q:how can a hot-water boiler heat water to 250 degrees F. and not boil the water ?: The boiler maintains a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher the boiling pint of water.

Q:Is Esd 1 boiler a marine radiant type boiler?: Could you please be more specific with Esd 1 boiler denomination? In ships the furnace of the boilers are specially designed to compensate the erroneos water level readings due to the uneven motion of the ship and therefore special care is taken for the opening of the feed water inlet valve which is connected to instruments that react with an inertia-delayed effect. If the valve had to open and close with the up and down motion of the ship, there would be a chaos in the water and steam drum.Thus the necessity of the delayed action. Subsequently, the burner is regulated according to the demand of feed water. The heating source is radiant and convection heat. Radiant heat is above 950 deg C, below is the convection heat. If the boiler is designed with a superheater then the radiant heat area could be utilised for the superheating of steam. Now if the Esd boiler is more clearly defined, we can identify it as radiant type or otherwise. The above explanation is only to make it a little cleare before defining the nature of furnace and its utilization in the generation of saturated and superheated steam. Q:I was wondering if Combination Boilers have a return because if the water was just left in 'dead legs' obviously the water would eventually get stagnant, is their any sort of re-circulation pump or return valve ? Or does it just stay in the pipes until next use ?Also does the cold water mains go straight from the mains to the Kitchen Sink, then to the other appliances, or does it go from the combination boiler and then to the rest of the appliances ?: I think tinman has his pipes crossed.There is obviously a return on the heating circuit as otherwise it would not work but there is no return on the domestic water side. The cold water is connected to the various points of use as required and the cold feed to the boiler will be one of those connections. The hot water does stay as you say in the pipes just as it would with almost all domestic installations until you turn on the tap next time. A return hot water system such as you suggest is normally only found in large dwellings, hotels and similar large commercial applications.The water would need to be in the pipe for a considerable time to stagnate.

Q:recirculation line: Further to a previous answer. Most boiler feed water pumps are multistage centrifugals. These pumps have a minimum flow requirement that must be maintained to prevent imbalance to the rotor that can lead to thrust problems and damage to the pump. The minimum flow bypass is designed to deal with this problem.

Q:Ok I have open the boiler!I have notice that the leack is coming from the packing that is between each section? How can fix it?: Get a new one- check the warranty - it may still cover it. Protect the area w/ towels for the inevitable flood! Hurry! You were saved this time... They only last 5-7 years ...

Q:We have all our windows open 45F outside and it's 85 inside. A bathroom remodeling contractor was supposed to replace our hot water baseboard today with a towel warmer (Hudson Reed - it's gorgeous). Anyway, he called me today and said he felt uncomfortable draining the system since there was no shut off valve and he wanted to call in one of his HVAC guys. Then he later said he didn't want to leave us without heat for the weekend so they left it alone. I feel like some sort of override switch must have been thrown - the thermostat is not controlling the system. We set it down to 55F and it's still pumping out fire. I see some switches in the ceiling, but I don't know what they do. On looks like a dual push button (probably one or the other is always depressed). The other looks like a light switch and it is flipped to ON. I don't even want to think about what the gas bill for this is going to be, let alone what it could be doing to the boiler itself.: What is the best way to shut off the gas? I can flip the lever on the pipe to off, or use one of these switches I mentioned above??

Q:I am buying a house with an outdoor wood boiler .I will not be using the house 24/7 so there is elec baseboard backup heat.I want to know is there a way to keep the circulater pump running whan the stove is not fired, to use the warmth in the house to keep ouside water from freezing: Yes you can run a seperate power line to the pump with a switch in it, that way you can turn it on or off when ever you like. It can remain conneted to the boiler control that normally turns it on.and off. Your just giving the pump another power supply that you can control. Don't forget to turn the switch off to this power supply when you go to use the boiler it could cause the boiler controls to mal function

Q:banking a boiler;putting it on natural draught;steaming a boiler: There is a control panel with every boiler which regulates the amount of fuel (which means regulating the steam), air blower, etc. Also there are mountings and valves and pressure indicators. Its easy.
