1.Structure introduction :

This product is a double drum ( S ) vertical ( Z ) room combustion ( S ) fuel ( Y ) [ or gas ( Q ) ] boiler.

a.The boiler is a natural circulation double longitudinal drum ' D ' boiler. The left side is the furnace, and the right side is the convection tube bundle. The boiler adopts micro positive pressure combustion. The burner is arranged on the front wall, and the convection tube bundle is arranged on the right side of the furnace. The flue gas generated after the fuel is fully burned in the furnace is transversely scoured from the rear outlet of the furnace to make the convection tube bundle fully endothermic. Then it enters the economizer from the rear of the boiler to make the economizer further endothermic and finally discharged into the chimney.

b.The upper and lower double drums are connected by welding, and the upper drum is supported on the lower drum by convection tube bundle. The lower drum is supported on the base by two supports respectively. The front support is movable and the rear support is fixed. The weight of the whole boiler body is concentrated on the support and then transmitted to the ground. In order to obtain good conditions in the pot, there are internal devices such as water supply pipe, overflow tank, underwater orifice plate and uniform orifice plate, as well as continuous sewage discharge.

c.The cross section of the furnace is ' D 'shaped, and the water wall of the furnace is composed of a dense row of tubes and a finned tube at the rear of the furnace to form a radiant heating surface. There are fire holes in the middle of the rear wall, and test holes are arranged below it, generally for the test temperature. There is a well-structured explosion-proof device at the upper left rear to ensure the safe operation of the boiler. The front wall is not arranged on the heating surface.

d. Between the upper and lower drums, dense tubes are arranged to form the convective heating surface. The high temperature flue gas scours the convection tube bundle horizontally forward, so that the convection tube bundle absorbs heat fully.

e. In order to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the efficiency of the boiler, the casting economizer is arranged in the tail.

f.because the boiler is positive pressure combustion, so the use of fully sealed furnace wall. The inner layer of the furnace wall is made of aluminum silicate fiber brick and lightweight refractory brick, followed by aluminum silicate fiber felt, and the outermost layer is all sealed and welded with steel plate as the outer panel.

g.the use of imported automatic burner, can also be selected according to user requirements of domestic burner. 

2.Product characteristics

a. The boiler is micro-positive pressure combustion, the water wall of the furnace with close-packed tubes, good sealing performance, small air leakage coefficient, enhanced combustion and heat transfer, high thermal efficiency, compact size, simple adjustment operating system. The sealing guard plate has a beautiful appearance and the boiler room environment is clean.

b. boiler installation is simple. The boiler is assembled in the manufacturing plant with high assembly degree and strict quality control. After being transported to the site, the economizer, platform escalator, boiler pipeline and auxiliary machine can be put into use.

c.The boiler matching burner has reliable ignition program control, flameout protection and interlock protection device. The boiler has a high degree of automation and can ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

d. It is convenient to start and stop the boiler. The boiler combustion system, steam-water system and flue gas system are simple and reliable. The operation is flexible. The heat capacity of the furnace wall is small.

e. The soot and harmful gases emitted by the boiler are lower than the emission standards of China 's boiler soot, reaching or higher than the national environmental standards, suitable for use in any regional environment.

Q:I asked a question here on replacing my boiler and got a great responce! THANK YOU!My question now on my system which is a baxi (i think) back boiler, on the front fire there is a pull off panel to which reveals the thermostat, this goes from low,1,2,3,4,high, all my radiators have control dials to which i can control temperature, does this back boiler thermostat just control the water temperature or does this affect the radiators also? also on the other end of my radiator is just a cap with a + and - symbol , a user Robert J has gave me advise to not have these fully open which THEY WERE! so i will sort this tonight! thanks guys

never heard of doing that, heat pumps only create a small amount of heat. would take forever to heat a central hot water system, one time they were pushing a hp system that could heat hot water tank with heat from house in the air conditioning mode
Q:I know it can be done but what consideration and system changes can be expected?
USA You will need to change the boiler and the controls, and there are several items that need to be installed for a hot water system - pumps, zone valves, expansion tank, pressure regulator, check valves. It can be expensive. You probably can use the existing radiators and pipes, but you will need to remove the air vents and install return piping. I curently use steam and will not change it. A steam system has no moving parts - such as pumps, zone valves or relays to break down. A steam system is quite simple - boil the water, the steam goes to the radiators, the steam condenses into water and flows back to the boiler to start all over again. Blow down the boiler once a week or so, and make sure you have enough water in the boiler. Hot water systems, when working properly, are also easy to use and maintain. But, they have pumps and valves and parts that break down more often than steam systems. If you have trouble getting heat to some areas of the house, have a boiler technician check out your air vents on the radiators. You can control how fast an area warms up by using the air vent.

B is the answer...sublimation, melting and vaporization all absorb heat to cause these phase changes...deposition, freezing, and condensation release heat to their environments to cause the phase change...in a steam boiler, heat is being made available to an outside environment and condenses to return to the boiler...as steam, it leaves the boiler...
Q:The residence is in Maine and we don't have natural gas yet. What would be the most reliable system.
The newer oil fired systems of today are the best.
Q:We have a back boiler in our front room, the water pipes from it run up inside the chimney breast and then go under the bedroom floor (that the smell is in) and run to the water tank in the airing cupboard next to the room. I've lifted the floor boards in the bedroom and the smell seems to be coming from where the pipes go down to the boiler. I can see no leaks and the water level in the header tank hasn't dropped. The boiler has a flue that goes up the chimney breast and was serviced within the last 3 months. If i turn the heating off and just run the hot water the smell seems to subside markedly.

Q:recently moved house,mira shower connected to combi boiler.shower has great power but takes quiet a time to heat up .I removed bath panel , there are two pipes running from cold and hot water pipes towards the shower.Why is there a pipe going from the cold water pipe as i thought the shower would work off the hot water only.There is a turn off screw from the cold water pipe could i turn it off a little so there is not so much force going to shower
The Mira Shower mixes the hot water (from the combi) with the cold water from the mains. Check the boiler for a control for the hot water temperature and turn up to full. Combi boilers are slow to initially heat up but once at temperature will maintain a supply of hot water, provided there is no other hot water demand.
