- You should put the baby in there own bed you can have it in your room but you don't want to have baby sleeping with you there are several things that could happen you could accidentally roll over onto baby, the baby could get blankets thrown on them on accident and suffocate, and the baby would get to use to sleeping with you and want to do it forever and then you and your partner wouldn't have any privacy. You wont want to start that sleeping with you because of the problems it could cause when the child gets older. So i suggest having either the bassinet or crib whatever it may be that you are going to use for baby in your room til the baby gets a little older and them move the child to its own room and use a baby monitor so you will make sure to be able to hear if they wake up in the middle of the night then to let the baby sleep with you.

- Q:I have an old mattress, an antique but in good shape. I have a foam topper on the top. Lately, I have been sleeping in another bed in the house (which is a waterbed) but last night did not do to outside noise (I am a severe insomniac). I was sleeping VERY well in this other bed but last night I woke up all night after sleeping maybe 10 minutes at a time. I have always thought my bed was comfortable but am wondering now if my insomnia could be attributed to my bed? Are the memory foam (non Tempur Pedic brand) good? I have seen one for my size bed under 400.00. What could be my problem? I wake all night.
- I slept on foam for years...my bed was in a loft so stayed warm and toasty. I moved to another house and had my bed on the floor, was way cold so I bought a new bed, box spring and frame to get me off the floor...I was amazed at how much more comfortable I was and how much better I slept. I don't know about the memory foam you asked about...when I bought my bed I went to every store in town that offers bed sets, spent hours laying on different beds in the stores, found a knowledgeable salesman to ask questions and have been very very happy with my bed for the last 7 years.
- Q:I need a bed time routine for my 2 year old. She goes to bed at night anything from 21h30. She has a very strong will and wont go to bed unless we go. She also dont want to sleep alone and do sleep most of the night in our bed. Please help
- ideally a routine would have been started before now but its not too late, you just have to be really commited cos the first couple days will be hard. I would suggest bath, story which should be read in bed and then lights out. when your little one gets up, take her hand and lead her back to bed saying 'its bedtime now'. second time lead her back and firmly say just 'bed' third time say nothing but put her back to bed. every time she gets up just say nothing, get her back to bed and leave immediately without speaking to her. be prepared for this to go on for maybe a couple hours if she is really strong willed. on the other hand she might give up after just a few times if she is clever and believes you will stick to your guns. the second night repeat the whole process, it shouldn't take so long as the first night and will take less time everytime therein. it rarely takes more than 4-6 days for children to settle quickly if you really stick to this
- Q:My daughter is 3 years old, she still pees her bed at night, and we stop drinks an hour before bed or give her a SMALL sip before bed. Also take her potty before bed, sometimes she doesn't have to go and then she pees during the night.Is this normal?

- www.okorder /.. There seems to be a lot of items for a crib or toddler sized bed. Most of it disappears by the time you move up to a twin sized bed.
