- Q:Is pine bedding bad for pregnant gerbils and can i give my pregnant gerbil toliet paper to use as a nest?
- Pine bedding and all the other wood beddings are bad for any rodent pregnant or not. Toilet paper bedding is fine, strips of newspaper work great for nests as well.
- Q:rhino spray on bed liner
- You want to cover all of the area that is subject to being scratched by cargo, but be careful to not cover areas that have to move like the hinges on the tailgate. Most installations mask off areas where you don't want the spray to hit just like for painting a vehicle. The recommended area is the entire interior of the bed and tailgate and the top of the bed sides and tailgate. If there is sufficient space between the tailgate bottom (at the hinges) and the edge of the bed so that the tailgate can still operate smoothly, I'd also spray the lip of the bed and maybe even down a little towards the area between the bed and rear bumper. This will give an overlap at the back of the bed where cargo being slid into the bed might normally hit the edge of the liner and start chipping it away. Something I've found is that there is a substance similar to the Rhino Liner material, but less prone to scratching. It's called Shark Skin. You might Google it and see if anyone around uses it. It requires a special (very expensive) sprayer, so is not something that you can do yourself.

- Keep her in the baby bed as long as possible. I put my son in a toddler bed way too early (I had to, his brother needed the crib). He wouldn't stay in it, he always ended up in my bed which by the way is something I wouldn't start because that is even harder to break. If you still want to get her into a toddler bed, you will have to be consistent. If she gets up, you will have to keep taking her back to bed. It may take even up to several weeks to train her. GOOD LUCK!!!

- Any professional will tell you one thing. Label is the law. You have to positively ID the insect and not assume that it's a bed bug and start treating for it. Have a professional take a look at a specimen FIRST before purchasing a service or products for something you DON'T have.

- Do you have an Ikea around you? If so, they sell beds that are low to the ground and are expandable. It has three lengths. The final length being a normal single bed! They're brilliant. I bought one for my 3 year old. He's now in the full length. And because they are close to the ground, your son won't get hurt if he falls... and you can buy guards to put up!
