Reasons for them not to have one is that sometimes they use them to cheat in school. They call boys at 200 am when their parents think they are sleeping and the boys are wayyyyyyy to old for them. Some people are addicted to their phone and they don't learn to have interpersonal relationships. Some people are addicted to their phone and they loose their job because they can't put the phone away at work.

There's obviously the choice between a blackberry and an iphone, but I have no idea what's a good deal and what's not? And also any other types of android mobiles which are really good? I prefer qwerty keyboards but if anyone can suggest a good touchscreen one that would be good too. sony ericsson vivaz pro its a cool phone. It runs Symbian. It has a resistive touchscreen ( like windows mobile 6.5) Blackberry stocks are going down. iPhone sucks because you cant tether, no flash, no moving wallpapers, no dual core processors (its only a 1ghz A4 processor) its only got 512MB RAM, not even 1 GB. your best bet it Sony ericsson xperia x10 (cheap, candy bar style touchscreen, running android 2.1 if you want something smaller get the x10, or x8 (xperia) If you are on A GSM network, get the Motorola atrix. (it turns into a laptop with the laptop dock) its running android 2.2. you can make this phone a mobile hotspot (iPhone 4 cant do that) Get an Android phone even better, if you root it (look up superoneclick) you can get free apps that usually cost money on android market., you can also use tethering, and completely change the font of your phone. I rooted my xperia x10 and upgraded to gingerbread (android 2.3) added multitasking, and downloaded some really cool fonts. Also apple stocks have gone down, because android is an open source, and apple is not. No wonder they are losing money.

The Motorola i475 is too old of a cell phones. It is what we call a WAP phone. It can't access any internet website like a desktop can. The internet on this cell phone is more of text and menus like when the internet was more of menus and numbers. It won't be able to play videos or anything like that. Even Boost Mobile won't even activate this cell phone. As you know Boost Mobile is getting rid of any cell phone that uses the IDEN network. The cell phone Motorola i475 is a IDEN network phone since it has that walkie talkie feature. Boost Mobile will no longer support IDEN cell phones but only use CDMA network. So this cell phone is obsolete. All their cell phones on Boost Mobile website only use CDMA network.
