- The cIOS Rev is basically Custom IOS, Which runs the Nintendo Wii. And the rev just means what version of this custom IOS is. For the USB loader i reccomend cIOS38 Rev14 which is the latest. And for the usb loader switch to USB Loader GX, Which is probably the best out there at the moment. Please let me know if you need more help. (Im not sure if im aloud to give links) And as for the issues, i have a lot to but its all good at the moment
