- Q:Now I have some understanding of inflation, supply and demand etc but I decided that real estate can't be compared to any merchandise so here's the question: how and why do real estate prices change? What can influence the real estate price change?
- Real Estates price hides on the basic of supply demand, add in interest rates, employment rates mostly on facilities available in area.
- Q:Im a senior at Texas and im about to go to college i am mostely interested in real estate i love it.i need some help about it.like how much is the salary these days ?do yall know any good websites?ANY HELP I WOULD APPRICIATE IT. THX EVERYONE.
- We are buying a house with the help of a Realtor, I just made an offer on a home. The thought crossed my mind about real estate too until I ask my Realtor what it was like. We're from Texas too. There's a lot of night and weekend work involved. She loves it but is away from her family quite a bit, she can work from home sometimes and still be with her daughter though. She said she made over a million dollars in sales a year. She makes 6% commission off of a sale. It only cost her $700 dollars to get her licence from Texas A&M, she did it all online. I hope I helped, if you have any questions I can ask her for you. Good luck!
- Q:Stocks or Real Estate? Why?
- It is not easy, but you do not need a degree to become an expert in your local market. You need to do a lot of research, look at a lot of homes and talk to a lot of people, but you can become an expert fairly quickly. What you need to know is the value of homes, the market rents, market conditions and economic conditions that exist in communities. Once you know these indicators it is easy to spot a bargain ZOOBIA.
- Q:I left Japan when I was 10 so I can hardly think of a good business except for one, which is my dad's business in real estate in Tokyo. He leases and subleases commercial properties he's been doing it for more than 20 years. so Im thinking about going for it since it's been proven to produce fix income.. but I want to hear from others... what can they say about doing business in Japan (particularly in Tokyo ?) any experience ??
- Real estate business in Japan is not booming at all because of subprime loans. Nor is there any bright future in this industry as population in Japan is deemed to decline in the future. Besides, you don't speak Japanese, do you? It's very difficult if you don't.
- Q:Ok I am working on getting my real estate license what are some ways to break into the Real Estate world other than becoming an apartment Leasing Consultant.
- I don't know what real estate courses you're taking, but I recommend you stop because it sounds like you're not learning the fundamentals. EVERYONE knows that lease consulting is not the way to enter real estate. Most people enter it (with a license) to become a salesperson who SELLS real estate. Why would you enter it directly into property management or consulting if you don't have anyone to hire you for it (most of those people work for property management companies). You would enter it selling real estate. You will most likely start by helping realtors do open houses and ensuring an agreement is made between the two of you, you might get a cut of the sale, or keep the leads generated at open houses etc. That will be a good starting off point (I picked up two clients both looking to buy and one of them to sell as well with a budget of $1 Million to start). Or you can work as a licensed assistant as part of a team where you could be paid on salary or salary plus bonus or purely commission based. There's so many ways to approach real estate and you should delve deeper since your course doesn't do that for you.
- Q:I am a 29 yr. old male living in AZ. and am unemployed. For sometime now wanted a career in real estate but I do not have a license. Yet. I was wondering if there were any brokerages that need help around the office i.e. filing, errands, etc. that would take on a person with the interest of becoming a real estate agent so that I may work now and also be around the field I want to get into. So does anyone know of such a firm looking for help?
- Attend open residences. Also, decide on up the nearby truly property books that they deliver out at no cost. Find a couple of residences you favor and speak to the directory agent and ask to peer the condominium. That will deliver you a hazard to fulfill a couple of nearby dealers and notice if there may be any one you mesh good with. We used Remax with our final acquire/and promote. However, I could now not base my resolution on a targeted enterprise identify....each and every realtor is specific and exact. Try to stay with a enterprise that has a extra good identified identify (none of the ones discounted bills locations or tiny firms) so you understand you're getting probably the most correct know-how viable. If viable, it could be great if the agent was once almost your age, in order that they may be able to relate to why you're watching for designated elements or areas, and will bigger foresee different houses that can be superb for you that possibly you're overlooking as being quite unfamiliar with the field. Good success! Look at a couple of residences earlier than making any presents!
- Q:What do you think is the future for California and the real estate market? The cost of a 800 sq. ft. home is now over 300k.What do you think holds for lets say 10 years from now?
- As for the future CA real estate, I think it will rebound eventually. This would be the best time to buy, imo.
- Q:How did the Housing Crisis trigger the Commercial Real Estate Crisis?
- Primarily 3 causes: 1. Demand for space: as the housing market crashed, jobs in the construction and real estate industries dried up, decreasing demand for office and industrial space that housed those companies and companies that support them. And as people saw the value of their houses plummet, they cut back discretionary spending, reducing demand for retail space. 2. Land prices: reduced demand for land for housing had an indirect impact on the value of land held for commercial development, as did lack of demand for new commercial properties (see #1) causing the value of land held by developers to plummet and erode their net worth. In desperation, developers sold land for whatever they could get for it to raise cash to pay down debt, causing further reductions in prices in the meantime. 3. Availability of credit; last but not least, as banks and other lenders started seeing the economy contract and losses from housing loans starting to pile up on their books, they (and the regulators) took a conservative stance on all real estate lending. It then began a spiral where lack of credit caused lower values, which caused loans to be called or not extended, which caused values to drop, which caused more loan defaults.
- Q:real estate investing
- Depends. It potentially could be a good investment. They say the market is a buyers market right now, so it would be wise to invest in some form of real estate now and hold on to it until the market changes.
