Q:what kind of retirement account allows for real estate investments?
You are speaking of a self directed IRA account. I find this to be a very effective means of investing in real estate. There are tax advantages, that would kick in when you are at retirement age and would use portions of the funds in this account., There is no limit on how much the account is able to purchase and earn as there is on how much you are able to contribute each year to this type of account. You make the decision as to what the account would purchase, you may use this account to purchase mortgage notes make mortgage loans, bridge loans to investors that would need funds to rehab investment properties. I have not experienced too many negative things that would prevent me from continuing using this tool to amass retirement funds that are not currently taxed. You are required to have a third party handle any transactions of the account. Find a good local account manager that understand your goals and would be well versed on real estate investment. There are many IRA managers, however many are not knowledgeable about real estate investment. Most are familiar with stock and bond investments in these type funds. I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck. FIGHT ON
Q:Real Estate - Buy and Sell?
they are called flippers
Q:New to real estate, recommendations?
Start at a library.
Q:real estate house buying?
If your what is an real estate agent?? Anyway, I can figure out what you tried to say. There are two commissions, one for the purchaser's realtor and one for the seller's. If you sell yourself, then there is no commission to pay. The purchaser's realtor is still going to expect her 3 percent, or whatever the percent is.
Q:Get a real estate license.?
Each state makes their possess legislation for licensing any authentic, adding truly property sellers. Most require a scan, and few if any waive the scan for out of state licenseholders. I'm no longer certain if any require a direction in any respect, even for first timers. I can inform you that the guides are designed to inform you the matters you ought to recognize to cross which can be concerns of legislation, no longer always ordinary experience, so that it will have a tendency to fluctuate from state to state. For instance: Does the state require you to pay a purchaser curiosity at the deposit/earnest cash? Is it permissible to symbolize each the Buyer and the Seller? If so, what need to you do to end up knowledgeable consent of each? What is the minimal period of time you need to positioned into the agreement for the purchaser to acquire a certified house inspector? Must you place any in any respect? Are hubbard clauses authorized? Is the agreement legally binding with out earnest cash? Take the direction.
Q:real estate agents?
The above ideas are good. Here is what I did (and still do). Business cards are cheap. Get a nice one made. hand them out to your waiter, delivery guy, etc. whenever you can. Ask if you can leave a few at the cash register, especially at motels or extended stay facilities. When you are wearing your name tag, once in a while wear it upside down.It will always generate a response and give you an opportunity to talk. Don't be bashful but you don't have to be tacky or loud either.
Q:real estate prices in boulder, co?
From what ive heard, prices are still going up but i bet they will start going down within the next couple of years. I really dont understand the desire of boulder but a lot of people do and that is what jacked up the real estate. but everything that goes up must come down, right?
Q:Is Real Estate hard? Please help?
It is not easy. Selling real estate is tougher than most sales jobs because you don't have a product to sell all the time. Instead you have to sell yourself to a homeowner to gain their trust to market their house, or find an able buyer to represent them. Basically becoming an agent is like opening up your own business because you are your own boss and are only paid on how well you do your job. You could work at it full time and get paid nothing, which isn't uncommon for many new agents. Generally new agents are paid about 1.8% of the price of the houses they sell. This starts out with a 3% commission but because you have to split the money with your broker (often 60/40) it comes out less and then your have to pay taxes on the money including self employment tax. So if you sell a $200,000 house you would make about $3600 before taxes. But if you are lucky enough to sell 4 houses in your first year that is only $14,400. If you got a job flipping burgers you would make more. But if you are an incredible sales person you could make hundreds of thousands of dollars. The reason you see real estate jobs offered is because real estate is 100% commissioned. This means it doesn't cost the company anything to hire you, and if you do make money, the company makes money. Becoming a real estate agent does take an investment in education and other fees to get licensed and could be a great career for you. But as an agent, I highly suggest you find a different type of sales job first, to learn how to sell and build up your sales abilities. Then consider real estate. Maybe by then the market will be better too.
Q:Land Investments, real estate professionals?
If you want to be a real estate developer then first you should continue your MBA. After completion your MBA you have great knowledge about real estate business. You should do contact with real estate companies..If you really intereseted in this business then look forward in this and got info as much as you can !
Q:Allied Real Estate School - scam?
There are lots of options for you to consider. One is to enroll in courses at your local community college. The instructors are very good since most are real estate professionals and the cost is low. Also, you are guaranteed to learn the material and can get guidance if you need it. Most colleges also have job placement services so you will be ready to roll. The other option you should consider, is being sponsored by a real estate brokerage firm. You'll not only get the courses under your belt, but you may incur no cost at all if you agree to sign on for a couple of years with the firm after you graduate. And you'll be getting experience and guidance from the best of their experienced brokers. I'd select either of these options rather than an online company with complaints against it.
