- Look into vacuums such as a rainbow which keeps the dust in water in the vacuum rather then spit into the air OR get a vacuum that have Hepa filters on it. These type with the Hepa filters trap the dust from escaping into the air. I suggest you call a used vacuum dealer and gets some ideas of what they have. Good luck!

- It means like this.... In making a vacuum cleaner, since it is fairly complicated and made of many parts and does not come out exactly the same every time it is made, there are many small random effects that contribute to the amount of noise that the vacuum cleaner makes. The normal distribution is what we see whenever there are many random effects that are added together. - Do you have a Dirt Devil upright? Anyways, take the attachment hose off. Make sure it is not clogged. Remove dust lint. Make sure the vacuum cleaner roller (turn over) is spinning when on. You can take the roller off and make sure there is nothing wrapped around it. There isn't much to a vacuum cleaner. Just keep it clean they will last for a long time. Dirt Devil vacuums are notorious for this. Don't waste your money on having repaired. You can do these thing yourself.

- hi. i think it would depend on if you have pets or not. i have a dyson animal that cleans great. they are kinda expensive though. don't think i would pay that much money again for a vacuum. other brands probably do just as good and are cheaper
