Introduction:
Tower crane is used to lift, lower and horizontally move materials in construction and other industry. It has large lifting capacity and lifting height, wide moving range, and can rotate. It basically consists of base foundation, mast, slewing unit, working jib, counter jib, counterweight, hook, and operating cabin.

- this is not my area of study but i will give you something to consider. if you are looking for a large capacity crane for use on permafrost, you wont find one. the pressure placed on the permafrost by large weights will cause it to melt. anything that is heavy, like a house, will sink in the tundra just like it will in a swamp. for houses they excavate the foundation a build a giant wooden raft that the hose floats on. in ST Petersburg, Russians preferred a mix of reeds and slave laborers corpses's to build the raft. as long as the ground is not frozen there is somebody how makes what you want. if the ground is frozen, you will only find small machinery. best of luck ps dont look to hard. lots of diesel engines work great at sub-subfreezing temps.

- i've got faith it too. you purely make one thousand paper cranes, and that i think of that purely the sufferer of the ailment is meant to make it. - Simple crane? Get a spool, maybe one from sewing thread. Attach it to a small base so that it can rotate freely. Put a pencil through the middle tight enough so that when the pencil rotates the spool rotates. Glue a tab on the end of the pencil at a right angle to the pencil so you have a handle. Attach string to the spool and then maybe a ruler or stick to a base lined up with the spool like a crane. Put a couple of eye hooks on the stick and feed the string through so it hangs down at the end of the stick, like a crane cable. At the end of the string put a springy clothspin so that when you pull the string the clothspin opens and closes. Now you can lift and lower the clothspin by rotating the spool with the pencil. Pulling on the string opens the pin to pick up things.
