Main Features of Tower Crane
1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting.The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.
2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.
4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..

- You have to be able to do simple trig to figure what your crane is capable of. You will have to become a member of the crane workers union. Someone may have to die to make a space for you. You may have to take jobs that are just fork lift qualified, if you are lucky, you might find work at seaports unloading cargo ships.You may have to work your way up through the ranks as a wrecking ball operator. The very lucky will make 50-60K +. The really good ones will make more only after many years.
- Q: Vtwin doc helped me out with this dam thing recently Im thinking he has the 411! So here goes: My friends coil went bad and we used a single fire coil on a dual fire ignition. V twin doc showed me how to do that. But it still doesnt quite run proper. So here are the settings:Its set at 5900 R.P.M. limit,with advance slope at 9.the rear cylinder is set at 0.Its set on dual fire,its set on electric start.and its set on multi spark not single.Its a crane fireball hi 4e model 8-3100. It cranks for a bit before starting and runs a little rough at low R.P.M. ran just fine with the stock coil.
