QTD200 FAQ
Q: What kinds of ur tower crane are available now?
A: Four main categories: normal tower crane with cat head, internal climbing tower crane, top less tower crane and luffing tower crane.
Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?
A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.
Q: What is the brand for your tower crane motor?
A: All the selected motors are outsourced from the same company as Potain China, which passed CE inspection (if you need, we could provide related certificate)
Q: What can we do for the clients in the market and after-sale service?
A: There is branch office for us in the kingdom and she could provide any commercial assistance for the clients; our exclusive agent would fully represent lifting machinery for business communication and rapid & professional technical support.
- Q: All types of jack up cranes. How is the maximum lifting torque converted?
- Tower crane lifting torque = crane maximum lifting weight * maximum operating range; for example: the maximum lifting weight is 2T*, the maximum operating range of 50 meters =1000KN.m.
- Q: It seems like every time I turn on the news there is another crane collapse. I don't know if it is the same problem every time, but it seems awfully suspicious. Does anyone know why crane collapses seem so common lately? Has it always been this way?
- You okorder .. This chart is not definitive, it leaves out many occupations (such as mining), it only considers fatalities (not loss of limbs, etc.) but it conveys the general picture. For hard data look at: www.bls /iif/
- Q: the way u find them climbing with the building makes me wonder how they become this long and what is the mechanism for that
- The crane isn't growing. The cranes lift themselves up to the current top floor, build up around them, and repeat as necessary until they reach the top. The tallest cranes in the world are nowhere near as tall as the tallest skyscrapers - so the only mechanism to build very tall structures is to keep the cranes at the top of the building as it rises.
- Q: Can someone find me a map that shows the geographic location of the white naped crane?

- Q: Can someone tell me the difference betweem safe working load and capacity of a crane? If possible, please provide reference along with tour answer.thanks for the help!!!

- Q: I am Dr Crane is there anything you would like to know? i can answer all your questions?
- So happy Dr. Crane that you are on the Yahoo Questions and Answers. 1. Why am I so sad?
- Q: I am 15 years old and into urban exploration. The only thing I haven t done yet is climb a crane. I don t want a big lecture on the dangers because I am fully aware of how dangerous it is and am also fully confident in my abilities. I am also ready to take full responsibility if I were caught. Although I know its Illegal, I don t know how Illegal it is and I would like to know the following...1. Will Crane Climbing get me charged with criminal trespassing?2. Will I get time in Juvenile?3. Is it possible that I could accidentally activate/deactivate something that would endanger the workers?4. What would happen if a worker got ahold of me?And again I feel like I need to mention that I don t want a Bull **** lecture on it not being safe. :)
- I am not going to lecture you on how stupid it is. I am just going to tell you what could happen. Yes you can be convicted of criminal trespassing but you can also be convicted of breaking and entering, and get the prize of spending the rest of your teenage years in a juvenile detention center. You can then be sued by the owner of the crane too, in civil court who will go after your parents money and yours. Then every time you apply for a job you will have to tell your prospective employer about the time you thought it was a good idea to break the law. Do you want to guess how eager they will be to hire you?
- Q: Kindly name the companies.
- which okorder / -indian Search engine-quite effective for local searches..
- Q: i need the story cranes by hwang sun won and translated by peter h. lee and i cant find it on google. help i need the story for my essay
- EEK! I just did a search under Hwang Sun Won. It appears that Cranes is a series of short stories. Is that what you meant? If it is one particular short story called Cranes, I can't find it. I would suggest you go to your teacher/professor and ask where to obtain a copy. If you can't ask your teacher, run, do not walk! to your nearest library and throw yourself on the mercy of the librarians! Another search option for you is to look for books by Peter H. Lee, specifically the ones he has edited. He has written several anthologies. Good luck!
- Q: A 3000-lb wrecking ball hangs from a 40-ft cable of density 10 lb/ft attached to a crane. Calculate the work done if the crane lifts the ball from ground level to 40 ft in the air by drawing in the cable.
- The total work done by the crane equals the potential energy gained by the wrecking ball and the cable; the potential energy gained is W = V_final = Mg L + ρ L g L/2 which is the final potential energy of the wrecking ball and the cable added together. In the case of the cable, you take the center of mass of it which is located right at the center (L/2). The result is then W = 3000*32*40 + 10 * 40 * 32 * 40 / 2 = 4096000 ft-lbf = (4096000)*(0.001285067) BTU = 5263.63 BTU
