Q:is there a cable for UPS where i can connect this kind of adapter?
You local should have the cable you need...
Q:So here is the power supply, motherboard and graphics card I have.Power Supply: ATX-TL500W-BK Motherboard: GA-78-LMT-S2 Graphics Card: GV-N960XTREME-4gd As you can see the mother board is a (pcie 2.0), and my graphics card is 3.0 with a 6pin and 8pin slot on the side for It's power cables. My previous graphics card didn't need any cables to run to it, so I don't know what I need for going from the 3.0 to the 2.0, and I don't know where the power cables for the card connect to.Any help is very appreciated.
Your power supply is a poor one for that video card. Put it this way (simply): If you PSU does not have the proper PCIe 6 and 8 pin video power connectors, then that PSU is not good enough for your video card in the first place. Time to upgrade the PSU. Get a good name brand one, and one that has a single +12V rail design (not dual rail like your old PSU)...
Q:Hi,I have just bought a jasper xbox and i know this as it says ''12V, 12,1A'' on the back yet my power cable says ''12V, 16,5A''.I thought that the jasper xbox requires a specific power connector which wont fit the other types. Mine seems to fit fine, so have i got something wrong here? Cheers
i don't know if somethings wrong with your xbox or power brick but i can tell u tho, if u use a Xenon power brick (12V,16,5A) on a jasper xbox u will run into a problem later on, for it will overheat and the CPU and GPU will warp and pull there self away from the motherboard, if u have ever heard of the towel trick( wrapping your xbox in a towel so it will overheat and the solder will pool up and re-solder the CPU/GPU back in place) that's where it come from, i would buy a jasper power brick if i were u (12V, 12,1A).
Q:i would like to have my power cables and control boxes inside in one spot is this possible? if so how and how expensive would it be?
You could use trunking for the cables, and for the control boxes if they are in the house you could hide them under a box which you could decorate to look like a parcel...personally I would paint it, but drill some holes for ventilation.
Q:SATA power connector? If so where can i buy one?
Probably, but most people just buy Molex to SATA power adapters. If you need more Molex 4 pin plugs, just buy some Y splitters. Any computer store worth a darn should have some of both in stock, even the chain ones.
Q:Cable WDZ-YJFE2 (4X185 + 1X95) what does it mean Cable WDZ-YJFE2 (4X185 + 1X95) What does it mean? More
According to the specification requirements: 8.10 cable bridge wiring 8.10.4 cable bridge horizontal laying, should be selected according to the load curve to support the best span, span should be 1.5-3m. Vertical laying, the fixed point spacing should not be 2m. Assuming that the height of the electrical shaft is 60 m and the fixed point spacing is 2 m, then the number of stents required is: (60/2) * 2 = 60 Assuming that the height of the electrical shaft is 60 m and the fixed point spacing is 1.5 m The number is: (60 / 1.5) * 2 = 80 mainly depends on your shaft height, and the bridge fixed point spacing, hope to help you, (* ^ __ ^ *)
Q:Hi everyone,I attempted to build my first PC; purchased the hardware, software, etc. Everything is assembled perfectly. After installing the motherboard, power supply and the respective cards, I connect the power cable.Upon connecting the power cable, the PC turns on and the only way to turn it off is to remove the power cable (from the back of the PSU). The PC boots up as if I pressed the power button!!I've read that this problem could be the power supply or the capacitors on the board??I'd be appreciative for any advice,Thanks,p
Hmm that sounds like you have missplaced the cables to the motherboard from the front pannel (on switch, HDD led etc.) Kenny
Q:If I buy a PS3 in the US and bring it back to France, if I buy the french power cable and exchange it with the US power cable, will the PS3 work? I have a transformer which I already use for my Wii so if the power cable doesnt work for the PS3, I can just use the transformer.
Your PS3 will work anywhere in the world because they all have the same PSU.....you just need the right wall socket connection. So use an adapter or get a new cable for whatever country you happen to be in. PS3 games are all region free so you can play any game from anywhere.
Q:Ok, my pc and monitor have the same socket for a power cable, and i mixed the two cables up, but one has a 5 amp fuse and one has a 10 amp fuse... What one goes where??
put the ten amp on monitor, but doesn't matter either way is fine.
Q:You have not connected the power cable to your video card. Please refer to the 'C settings started guide' for proper hardware installation.
What graphics card do you have? Most modern GPUs require external power (i.e. they can not draw enough from the PCI Express slot itself). You should have some spare Molex connectors (usually 6 pins, 3x2) from your PSU to connect to the GPU. The connection procedure should be covered in the user manual!
