1. Q: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we have. Our factory located in Jiangyin city, jiangsu province.

2. Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way,or arrange time to pick you up if possible.
3. Q: Do you provide free sample?
A: Usually we do not offer free sample

4. Q: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?

A: Yes, we can do that.

Q:Are solar panels efficiency already calculated in their power rate?
If it says STC or Standard Test Conditions on the nameplate or documentation, then that means 80 watts under bright sun at an unrealistically cool temperature. It is rare to see that power in real life, except when the perfect storm of conditions come together. There is also a PTC rating for some panels, which is more realistic. If the panel does not say STC or PTC, the manufacturer is free to make up whatever test they feel like, which generally leads to ridiculously overstated power. As for efficiency, for residential panels, that's generally only of academic interest. A 80-watt panel is 80 watts, regardless of the efficiency. A more efficient panel will take up slightly less space, but most people are more interested in the total price, since roof space is generally not an issue.
Q:Solar panel angle question..?
2.20 approximatey (2 /4 -- ish) X = (tan7)(8/tan45)
Q:Can I build my own Hot Water Solar Panels?
If you are just looking for hot water, you can build your own water pre-heater with copper tubing, mirrors, black engine paint, wood for an enclosure, and glass to cover the enclosure. I have seen plans online but cannot recall just now where. I've included some links below that you might want to check out. Also, you may want to check on tax rebates in your area for using solar. In some areas you can get rebates to pay nearly 00% of the cost. Or search for how to build a solar water heater for a LOT of online sites. One caution, do NOT use water directly from a solar water heater as it can be hot enough to burn your skin.
Q:Solar Panel Question?
I like TBS0's answer, but 5KW isn't going to hack it. We don't live life on the average. If you turn on the oven, the dryer, the iron, a bunch of lights, and the TV, you are going to shut the system right down. You should not count on running everything with solar cells, but the most critical circuits. And you are lucky to have 25% of a day in optimum solar alignment for photocells. You need to think outside the Al Gore crazy box. Our modern way of life requires a lot of power! If you switched to coal or wood for cooking and heating and ironing, sunshine for drying clothes, heating the hot water heater, and for daytime lighting, then you could use the photocells for some lighting and the washing machine and anything electronic. You might stand a chance.
Q:How effective are solar panels?
it depends on the size of the panel and if it is installed in an optimal location. there are many 00W panels commercially available and they can be ganged for a number of different output configurations.
Q:Reflectors or mirrors around the solar panels.......?
In the 70's when silicon was really expensive, they played with using fresnel lenses to focus the sunlight on small solar cells but these panels had to be on heliostats and aimed directly at the Sun. These days, with nano-technology, there's a renewed interest in the concept but the fundamental weakness is that there are diminishing returns, at some point, it's just less expensive to have more solar cells.
Q:2V Solar panel directly to 2V inverter...and restult.?
. A 5 WATT panel can NOT power a 300 WATT inverter. 2. IF using 2 volts, then you need a 2 volt battery in the circuit as well. Panel charges battery which powers inverter. When the inverter pulls more power than the panel puts out, it gets it from the battery until the voltage drops low enough to shut down the inverter. NOTE: SOME cheap units do NOT have protective circuitry, and when the voltage drops, the current rises and burns them up.
Q:How do you store energy using a solar panel?
Rechargable Battaries. You can get a wide range of them- which one you should use is depends on the capacity of your solar panel.
Q:How can I adapt an automotive reglator to a solar panel?
solar panels will naturally produce a certain DC voltage which is what your battery needs - the current will vary based on the sun light. You need probably 4V to have some over voltage. So based on your specs look at having at least 4 V but not too much over that (tells you how many panels you need in series) I would have blocking diodes (probably the solar cell has them built in) to insure the battery does not discharge thru the panel.
Q:Questions about charging batteries via solar panel...?
The important part of the long answer is the charge controller - those batteries cost way too much to cook them out. And the controller maker will specify how much voltage your panels need to supply (more than 24 certainly) to provide a charge for several hours a day so you aren't wasting money on something that actually does very little. I also hope you have a very secure location to store this rig at work because while a bike with a tow trailer is easy to disguise and awkward to move, as soon as you put a solar panel on it, it becomes a very obvious theft target and maybe a vandalism target. And since you want to charge at work, it has to be outside. And since for effective use the panel has to mostly face the sun but you don't want to drag it broadside through the air while riding, you will have to either work out a pivoting mount or angle the whole trailer to the general position of the sun when parked and have the panel flat on top. I personally would probably redesign so that at work the trailer pulled up along side the bike and was chained/locked to it to make a really awkward mass that had the panel bolted through the lid with blind bolts.
