Introduction of Single Stage Single-Suction Cantilever Type Chemical Centrifugal Pump IH Series

IH series pumps is single-stage end-suction (axial suction) cantilever type centrifugal pump, which is used to transport corrosive liquid with viscosity similar to water and without solid particles. The marked and rated performances and dimensions adopt ISO2858 international standard.
The temperature of transported media of IH model chemical pump is -20105. Through adopting cooling method, it can transport media with higher temperature if necessary, and is applied to transport various corrosive media or media in which pollution is forbidden similar to water in such industries as chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmacy and synthetic fiber etc.

Structure of Single Stage Single-Suction Cantilever Type Chemical Centrifugal Pump IH Series
1. IH series pumps are the series of products designed according to ISO international standards in all industries in China. It is mainly composed of pump body, impellers, seal rings, impeller nuts, pump cover, seal parts, intermediate support, spindle, suspended parts and so on.

2. Structural features: The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate support, and the pump cover is clamped in the middle by coupling between pump body and intermediate support. On the pump body, water is input axially and output radially. Support feet can be fixed on the base directly. The suspended parts are fixed onto the intermediate support through the rabbet, and are supported onto the base by suspended frame. To make it convenient to disassemble, the prolonged coupling is designed, so that it is unnecessary to disassemble the coupled input & output pipes during check and maintenance. To pump body and motor, only by disassembling the intermediate coupler of the prolonged coupling, users are able to screw out rotor part for check and maintenance, which is a conventional structural pattern in the world.

3. Rotation direction: The pump is driven by motor directly through a prolonged coupling, seen from the side of the motor, it rotates clockwise.

4. Spindle seal patterns: Spindle seal patterns of pump are of two types such as stuffing seal and mechanical seal. The stuffing seal is that on stuffing case in pump cover, with software stuffing for sealing, input water of a certain pressure into the stuffing case, for cooling, lubrication and cleaning on seal; Mechanical seal is of two types such as single-surface mechanical seal and double-surface mechanical seal, input water of a certain pressure into the seal chamber, for washing and cooling on the abrasive surfaces. Seal patterns of pump are of stuffing seal or mechanical seal, according to users' requirements, in a same time, seal chamber sizes and shaft gland patterns of other structures according to ISO 3069 as required, are allowed, such as mechanical seals of corrugated pipes, assistant impeller seals and so on.

Q:A 0.13hp electric motor on a water well pumps water from 30.23m below the surface. The density of water is 1.0 kg/liter. How many kg of water does the motor pump in 2.20hr?
It is known that 1 hp = 746 watts, so 0.13 hp = 97 watts = 97 Joules/s The amount of work to lift 1 kg water a vertical distance = 30.23 m = mgh mgh = (1)(9.81)(30.23) = 296.6 J no. of seconds in 2.20 hr = (2.2)(3600) = 7920 s total work output of a 0.13 hp pump in 2.2 hr if 100% efficient = (7920)(97) = 768,240 J no of kg lifted by 100% efficient pump/motor in 2.2 hr = 768,240/296.6 = 2590 kg ANS
Q:I have a old house,1920's I think it was built. My water pump kicks on all the time! The tolite upstairs is not that old but the pipes are.The tolite runs for a min. and then stops for 5 mins. When I am running a bath..the second I turn off the water in the tub,the tolite starts to run! Same with the tolite downstairs, that one is only a few years old and the pipes are the same as it is an addition to the house. When I am up late at night in my office I hear the water pump kicking on in the basement ever 10 mins or so! My electric bill is huge! How can I fix this problem? What is causing it? I have not noticed any water leaks anywhere. We turned up the pressure on the pump. That helped a little. Thank god we have our own water well. Anyone have any Idea's?
need more info but do you have a backflow preventer installed on the pipes? this might cause it or it may be bad if you do have one
Q:my marine engine doesnt pump water can you tell me some faults can be thanks vic
Check d suction line 4 any chokes, prime d pump if necessary, check discharge line 4 any chokes, And it depends where u have kept the pump...if it is below d head, ur pump may nt pump bcz it might nt have dat capacity to take suction. Also check d impeller and the glands bcz if it is a priming p/p and the glands leak, u will not be able to prime as the water will leak thru the glands.... Hope dis will help u out
Q:I just came from my dealership and they tested my car with a pressure test. They didnt notice any coolant leaks. Last week my car I noticed that the coolant level has decreased. I had to replenish it in an emergency effort. I am curious to check the water pump. I am going to ask my mechanic tomorrow if he could check it and how much does something like that cost to check? I DO NOT want any coolant leakage getting into my engine because that could present a problem. How can it possibily get to the engine???
If you had a water pump leak you'd know it! There would be coolant draining out of water pump seal the minute you filled the cooling system. A water pump leak doesn't get coolant into the motor. It will get the timing belt wet with antifreeze and cause the belt to jump time and possibly bend your valves. The only way you'll get coolant in the motor oil is if there is a head gasket leak. To check for that you need to have a block test done.
Q:All of a sudden I have no water coming to the house/anywhere from the pump/well outside. It's a newer well, good water quantity (Florida...no dry up problems), no sand in water. I'm new to this house and don't know much about the pump stuff. Is there something I should look at or switch on/off. The breaker is ok. Help, I need a shower! :) Oh, there were about 15 ants around some box, but it didn't look connected to the pump...it's a box to the pool filter thing.
If you are sure you have power to the unit, go to the pressure tank. There should be a pressure control switch with wires going in and out. It may have a reset switch that you can try to reset. You usually have to hold the switch for several seconds for the water pressure to build up past 20 pounds before you release the switch. You can tell if this is working by hearing water flow thru your pipes and/or watching the pressure gauge on the unit.
Q:Hi all, I went on vacation and forgot to turn my water heaters to vacation! When I returned the water was cold coming through the faucet. After some investigation I realised the water heater pump had tripped the trip switch on the main electric panel. I reset it and thought all would be fine. Now it is OK for a day or two and then it trips the electric panel again. Any Ideas on what is the matter and how I might fix it? The water heaters themselves are fine and are burning all OK. Many Thanks!

Q:What are the quota items for the complete pump installation?
It can be divided into the following sections:1. pump installation platform, to obtain concrete and reinforced section (if any)2. anchor bolt installation: cap construction reserved bolt mounting holes of the anchor bolt installation hole grouting taking, (may be incorporated into the 1), and the damping piece related item;3. pump installation: installed in the installation of fixed item taking pump, check the wiring and debugging section, the first cable. The above is only a rough expression, the specific problems are flexible. If you still don't understand, you can contact me.
Q:Every year my family spends a week on a house boat at Lake Powell where it can get extremely hot in the day time. I'd like to build a mist system using pvc pipes and mist spray heads to help cool us down.I'm not sure what kind of water pump to buy? I've looked at different kinds from submersible to non-submersible, all with different amounts of PSI and GPM. I am not familiar with water pumps and could use some community insight.I want to make sure the pump I get does not burn out because of the back pressure it will get due to the mist heads only allowing a little water to escape at a time.I imagine my mist system would have 8 - 12 heads, reaching no more then 30 feet from water source to the end.Any pointers? Thanks!
I am assuming your water source will be the lake …. I would be looking at a submersible pump possibly a pond pump but you need to know what the “lift” is going to be …from the point where you string the mister to the pump {possibly a 15 foot lift} and a pump that will give you at least 25psi. Because you are going to have back pressure, the submersible will reduce the risk of burn out. Also you need to build a simple enclosed container this pump can sit in, with at least a 4”water inlet hole covered with mosquito netting, nylon hosiery, or something to filter the water….otherwise you will constantly be removing the mister heads to clean
Q:The at is a 2003 Toyota celica. And how much would it cost to get the water pump and timing belt replaced?
You don't have a timing belt on the 1.8L (1ZZ-FE) engine, It has a timing chain! The water pump is driven from the serpentine belt and the labor to replace it calls for 1.8 hours (about $180) and the pump list for $52.99 and it is always wise to replace the thermostat and thermostat O-ring, and that will run you $18.00 and 1 gallon of global coolant $15.00 So your looking at about $280.00 after tax. @ The Interwebz dude, if you like typing so much, why don't you do some clicking so you can do some research before you type!
Q:My truck turned off by itself and a bunch of steam and smoke came out and my radiator was dry. To keep it running i had to have the engine revved and at a stop sign hold the brake down. and slightly press. I'm assuming its the water pump however. It started yesterday as the colder weather started. What my question is what do you think it is and if you have experience with water pumps, how hard is it to replace i found one for $14
that don,t sound like the water pump. if it was the pump then it would overheat and leak out. check to see where it,s leaking at. if it,s leaking from the pump then it will have to be changed even though it still might not help it to idle. it,s not really that hard to change the pump on a 351W . the hardest part is getting into it. you might have to remover some stuff so you can work. the belt and water pump pulley will have to come off and the fan but that should let you into the bolts.
