- I just did this! I used a steamer insert (the insert you put in a pot when you steam things) and placed it in a bowl so the liquid would go through the holes and into the bowl. Then, I placed the tofu (I used firm) in the steamer. On top of that I placed another bowl, then something heavy to press the liquid out (I used an unopened jar of pasta sauce). I pressed mine for 24 hours (but that amount of time is not necessary). It was good, but I think I need to experiment and do it with different types of tofu. I've had it before at a friend's house and it turned out really dense and amazing. I can't seem to get the same results myself.

- Well, only you know how much u can handle an how strong u really are... just do a weight u can lift for 4-6 reps or 6-8 and do the dumbell press on a incline you should be good to do 75- 90 lbs im sure... on the incline so try that... see how it goes.. u can also drop down if its a bit much yes increase your incline benchpress.. its too easy for u... correction on the dumbell incline press when i say 75 - 90 lbs.. i mean 75- 90lbs dumbells in each hand.. not 75- 90 lbs total weight.. just making sure u know... lol :)

- It should not be visible. They may have too much on or the wrong shade or not be blending it well enough. I would advise going to the Clinique counter at a local high end department store and trying some of theirs out with a specialist. When you find what works for you go on EBA and buy it at a fraction of the cost

- It is legal, but they don't care because you sent in an application...period. The fact that you cancelled the following day is not their fault. That application fee will not be refunded. I would laugh at this threat.

- attempt doing dumbell presses as a replace of bar and flex your chest once you get to the splendid. you would be impressive at how briskly you may get reliable that way. hit upon a weight it quite is kinda heavy to you. Do 12 reps, then pass up 5 kilos and do 10 reps, then 5 mor kilos and do 8 reps. finally pass back to the 1st weight and do 12 back. each and every 2 week attempt to initiate at a miles better weight.

- Q: Hi, I just wanted to ask a question about basic press-ups.For the last few weeks i've been doing 100 press ups a night, in two sets of 50 (with a good few minutes break in between), anyway i noticed a huge difference at first, but for a while it's not actually improving anything. Anyway i was wondering if it would be effective to switch this exericse to alternative days, and on the other days to do 50 normal press ups, 10 narrow ones (with hands together touching) and 10 wide ones (with arms considerably far apart) or other amounts depending on how difficult it will prove; so my question is would this prove effecitve and is it worthwhile? Otherwise i'll just continue with 100 press ups.Many thanks
- the best thing you could do to get results with press ups at this stage (seeing as you can do more than 50 pushups) is to condense your workouts one set once or twice a week doing as many pushups as you can till failure. that's it. each time you do pushups try and do more than you did previously and that will help you get results. another good way to go about getting results with press ups is to switch to a more difficult variation whcih will decrease the number of reps you can do. you can also try wearing a backpack with weights put inside to weigh you down as you do the press ups.
