- A Press Release is a news worthy article or write up. Press Releases go out to the world not a blog post. Press Releases can be found on Yahoo News,Google News you name it. They get a bunch of traffic because it's suppose to be news worthy. A Blog post is usually not as important as a Press Release. Depending on the blog you might only get a handful of visists where as a Press Release is distirbuted in mass. Blogs in general don't recieve as much traffic as Press Release sites. You can do both it's not an either or thing. I would say try free Press Release sites like Headlines News.

- If you're certain that the posture is not the problem, maybe your pecs are more than strong enough for the exercise and you feel the effort in another involved muscle which is weaker.

- Yes. If a crime is serious enough, it becomes the crown's decision to prosecute you rather than the victim deciding whether to press charges. You don't have to give a particularly savage beating to reach this threshold.

- Unless you do LOTS of shooting, and therefore lots of reloading you do NOT need all the fancies of an expensive progressive press. Starting with a full kit from any of the quality makers is usually a bit cheaper than a piece here, a piece there type of setup. Note that MANY competition shooters use single stage presses to guarantee consistency from round to round.
- Q: I am very flat chested and want to develop some pecs, preverably within my own house. Will doing push ups and bench press do this?
- Weighted or elevated pushups will certainly help a lot, the bench is where you will do most of the muscle building though. low reps with high weight is how you develop muscle mass, just remember to take some protein supplements after you work out to help build up that muscle. good luck to you.
- Q: I think I might be using too fine of grounds they keep getting into my cup. What are some good brands of coffee to use with a French press?
- 1) Buy a decent press. Bodum has a range of price points and all of them work about the same. I have 2 medium-size presses that make about 2 large mugs worth of coffee at a time. 2) Buy whole beans, ideally freshly roasted from a local roaster, and grind them immediately prior to brewing. Keep your beans stored in an airtight container out of the light (e.g. in a cupboard), and only buy what you can reasonably use within two or three weeks. 3) Use a burr grinder to make a medium-coarse grind. I use a Hario manual grinder. They take some time, but at only $25-30 on Amazon, they're the best value in terms of quality and end result versus price paid for the grinder. Regardless of how coarsely you grind your coffee, odds are there will be some small particles that the filter doesn't catch. That is, in my experience, normal. Just don't drink the last sip or two of coffee.
- Q: I want a SHEER drugstore pressed powder. I don't want anythingas heavy as powder foundation...I just want to touch up my face a little and keep it matte. Any recommendations?
- Rimmel has a great pressed, but I can't remember the name. Also, Sonia Kashuk at Target has the best powder I have ever used. It's all I use now. It's loose powder with a powder puff, but it goes on so much better than pressed. You can't notice the make up once it's applied. I've been using my brightening powder for over a year now, and I still am.

- Bronzer is like a blush but it has a darker color and gives you a sun kissed glow. I like to use this in the winter because I like the effect it gives. You don't have to use it but it adds color to your face. Pressed powder foundation is a foundation that is in a compact. All cosmetic companies have this product, and it can be used by itself or on top of liquid foundation. Loose powder is pretty much the same but its a loose powder. You can use it alone or on top of a foundation. You don't need a loose powder or pressed powder but if you want a light coverage then I would use it. It is also a lot faster to apply than liquid foundation

- The sour cream keeps them soft. Enjoy. Sour Cream Spritz 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 large egg yolk 1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Fill cookie press with dough, then form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Note: Can also be made using a pastry bag using a large pastry tip. Here is another with cream cheese.You can add more sour cream or cream cheese and in place of some of the butter to make them even softer. CREAM CHEESE COOKIE - SPRITZ 1 c. butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted flour Food Coloring, optional Mix all ingredients; cool. Put in your spritz gun and have fun. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees.
