- the incline makes it harder for yourself but works the muscles harder which will bring better faster results ! the machine with the weights behind you works completly different muscles this is all down to your own personal preference on what you want out of your exercise and what muscles you want to work ! i hope this has helped

- The leg press targets the quadriceps but also works the Gluteus Maximus, Adductor Magnus, Soleus, Hamstrings and Gastrocnemius. Full Squat although it works the same major muscles it also works the Erector Spinae, Rectus Abdominis and Obliques. Deadlift is specifically a back exercise and targets the Erector Spinae but also works Gluteus Maximus, Adductor Magnus, Quadriceps, Soleus, Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius, Trapezius, Middle, Trapezius, Upper, Levator Scapulae, Rhomboids, Rectus Abdominis and Obliques Drop the leg press and do the deadlifts.

- I think all of your suggestion are worthy of a news release - possibly as a combined story. At the very least it will maintain your profile in the eyes of the media you send it to. Just remember the Who, What, Why, When, Where and Why when you are writing your release, and either include images or invite media to attend a photocall. For your local newspaper these things are probably very much of interest, but the higher up the media ladder you go the less chance you have of getting coverage. - keep the protein shakes! but heres what you do. you can either switch up your rep set scheme, such as if your doing 3x10 switch up to 3x5 but use a higher weight. or you can switch it up from barbell bench press to dumbbell bench press. either of these will bust that plateau! keep on lifting! edit: to the guy above me a 5x5 ramping weight routine(aka madcow) is a little to advanced for this kid. he still has some gains to go befer he majorly plateuas and needs it.

- yeah, supposed to be coarser ground than for drip machines. It is way better flavor-wise to grind fresh for each brew. If your dad doesn't have a coffee grinder and you buy your coffee at Starbucks, they can grind it specially for your specific machine.
- Q: I want a ten inch flour tortilla press without a non-stick surface because non stick surfaces impart chemicals into the food. All the ones I've seen do. Suggestions?
- Electric press? I've seen electric tortilla cookers, but these only cook the tortilla - they don't press the ball of dough into a tortilla. And anyways, no one buys those things anyways. I've seen the old cast-iron presses for sale at any Mexican mart, or in the Ethnic Aisle of my regular grocery stores. They simply press the ball of dough (corn, flour - makes no difference) into a tortilla - they don't cook it. You'll have to use a frying pan for that.

- As important as it gets. In the 15thC a chap called Wycliffe translated the Bible into English, only a handful of copies were in circulation because they all had to be hand written. It influenced a small band of followers (Lollards) but nothing really significant happened. When Caxton set up his press in Westminster, he was printing books by the hundred. William Tyndale again translated the Bible into English and had it printed in Antwerp, and imported into England but unlike Wycliffe he had hundreds of copies spread throughout the country. The authorities wanted it banned and tried to do so but second and third printings some in London, made it into a best seller. Tydale was executed for his troubles but his translation just kept selling. Eventually helping to lead to the reformation of the church. Something the Lollards a century earlier had wanted but been unable to get. Also because they were so cheap in comparison with hand written manuscripts they disseminated knowledge over a wider area quicker. More people learnt to read, because there were more schools.
