Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Factory director always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ZDHY, ISO9001 authentication.
- Q:what does the perm press do on a washing machine?
- Perm Press is the compromise cycle between Regular Wash and Gentle Cycle. It's a little gentler than the regular wash and a little rougher than the Gentle Cycle. I never use it. :) In fact, I never use anything but the regular cycle. Hope this helps. -
- Q:Cathy Johnson says she uses cold press illustration board for her pen and ink drawings in her book. I have the problem of the ink bleeding on to the paper when I stop the pen. I am using ordinary copy paper. Would illustration board help? Can you purchase it in a pad?
- ennelier Carte d' Art is a delightful 340gm (approx 140 lb) paper that is excellent for multiple media use -- it is a nice heavy, firm board at a reasonable price. It comes in pads of various sizes as well. This is my choice for pen and ink and watercolor washes.

- Freedom of the press allows criticism of the government. You can't effectively organize and push for change if the government is allowed to suppress those voices. Look at China - they have a good amount of freedom of religion (not counting the oppression of Tibet), but not freedom of the press. It's the later that suppresses democratic movements and keeps the Communist party in charge. Look at Israel and India - they have freedom of the press, but religious tolerance isn't exactly that high (even if they're supposedly free to practice any religion). Their stance on religion occasionally interferes with democratic values, but the open press allows the citizens to educate themselves and vote in different leadership.
- Q:What are the benefits/results of both of these bench press'?As i'm not quite sure which one to do.
- The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.

- The closer to the center your bench press, the more it focus on the chest and triceps. The further away you focus on the chest and shoulders. Cheers!

- You probably don't need a cookie press, but what a cookie press does is ensures every cookie is exactly the same size which will ensure that the cookies all bake evenly and at the same time. A cookie press will also make a pretty cookie because they come with a series of dies and you can choose your design. If you don't have a cookie press and/or don't want to invest in one, you can make the cookie dough, roll it into a log, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it until it is firm. Once the rolled dough is form, unwrap it and sliced 1/4 coins from the log. This method will also ensure that the cookies are all approximately the same size and that they will cook evenly and at the same time. Happy Baking!
- Q:I wanted to try flower pressing for an art project and after pressing for two weeks, most of them turned out great. Some of the thicker, bigger flowers are still damp though so I was wondering if there's a quick way to dry them out?

- Q:Last week, I was doing military presses incorrectly. I brought the bar down to touch my chest (which was extended outward), rather than around my chin.The neck day, I awoke with neck pain. I thought I may have slept in a bad position, but the pain increased until I could not move my head w/o a lot of pain that day. It's gotten better since then, but I still have pain. It goes from the bottom of the skull on my left, down my neck to my clavicle.Was it really from the military press, and what can I do? I am going to a doctor, but that may be a week or two away.
- In a military press the bar should come down below your chin but it's possible you could have pulled a muscle by doing the press in bad form or got off balance. Might be a pulled/strained trapezius muscle. A good medicine for this type of pain is Naxproxen by prescription or Aleve over the counter.
- Q:so which bench press will help give you the most strength in your chest? could you also tell me how to combo them in a workout, like flat to decline or decline to incline.
- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
