Q: I'm gonna be getting piercings this weekend, so i know im already getting my nose. but i want to get my ear. like barbell? so what's the difference between Scaffold and Industrial?
I agree with A Silent Reminder - They're the same thing, just called something different in different places. I find that people in the U.S call it an Industrial, and those in England call it a Scaffold.
Q: What's an antonym for the word scaffold?
I don't think there is one. 'Scaffold' is a noun but, with the exception of gender nouns (egs boy/girl; man/woman) it's verbs, adjectives, adverbs and prepositions that can have true opposites.
Q: What are the chances of cracking the tile? What can I do to avoid cracking the tile? This will be 3 levels of scaffolding on 6 inch wheels.
unless you are majorly manhandling the scaffolding, such as slamming it around and jerking it into place, etc, you won't crack the tiles (this is being said with the hopes that the flooring was installed correctly.) i would throw a layer or two of bedsheets or a good heavy drop cloth over the tiled floor just to protect the tile from being chipped or scratched. be careful going up so high. good luck!
Q: The role of the external scaffolding and the relevant provisions?
There are many kinds of scaffolding, there are many types of scaffolding alone. According to the use, structure, decoration scaffolding scaffolding and protective scaffolding; according to the use of materials, there are bamboo scaffolding, scaffolding, metal scaffolding; according to the structure form, there are several independent bar type, frame type, bridge, hanging, hanging, pick style etc..
Q: Method for inspection of foot hand frame fittings
GB15831-2006 steel pipe scaffold fastenerGB_5725-2009 safety net
Q: On Wednesday day I'm planning to get this done (the top piercing). I've been thinking about it for a while now really want it.What problems can I have with this piercing? How long does it take to heal ect? Thanks =)
i've not had scaffolding but i've got a wide range of cartilage piercings and they take about 12weeks to heal... i would just say be careful not to catch it and keep it clean. good luck :)
Q: What are the main safety problems when dismantling the scaffold
5, all construction materials must be set according to the material classification management requirements must be neatly stacked, "work finished, as material, the site is clean before work".6, on-site construction waste in a timely manner to clean up and deal with the designated place.7, scaffolding workers must be trained and qualified, safety examination, hold certificate to posts jiazigong.
Q: 21M high full scaffold erection scheme
dismantle4.1 the accurate preparation before dismantling the scaffold shall comply with the following requirements:1 should be a comprehensive inspection of the scaffold fastener connection, even wall pieces, support system is in line with the requirements of the structure;
Q: Okay, quick question. I dropped into a couple of piercing studios yesterday to inquire about getting a scaffold done. Both places informed me that it's not a good idea to have it pierced with a bar straight off, as the pressure from the jewellery combined with the swelling when first pierced can seriously slow down the healing rate. Is this true? The second place said they will pierce both holes with rings, and these can be changed to a bar after around 6 to 8 weeks. Is this the best option? Thanks for any replies.
Having one bar can definitely put a lot of pressure on the piercing but it's the best way to go about getting an industrial piercing. It can be a difficult piercing to heal is all. If you get two rings it is very likely that one will slightly migrate in angle and that is going to make it impossible to properly fit a bar through the two holes. Plus, 6-8 weeks would be WAY way way too early to change a cartilage piercing. Try 6-12 months. And an industrial will never reject simply because of the bar, it will reject if it was pierced incorrectly or on someone's ear that is not anatomically correct for the piercing. And I promise, from someone who has had helix piercings done with rings and with straight barbells as well as having one single barbell through my industrial your hair can get caught on them all. If the bar fits properly the balls should fit pretty snugly against your ear.
Q: hi, ive had my scaffolding for a little over a month now, and one of the holes has started going really weird. on the top, its swollen and sore on one side, and on the bottom, its the same but on the opposite side. not sure if its infected ir being rejected by ear, which ive heard can happen. i would like to keep it in if possible,as i love it. any help welcomed :) thanks xx
It could be infected or it could just be irritated, kind of hard to say. Irritation is usually red, sore, maybe swollen. Infected is red, swollen, painful, hot to the touch, dark yellow to green discharge. Best bet is to do warm sea salt soaks 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes each (1/4 teaspoon sea salt per 8oz water) and hit up your piercer for a professional opinion. Do NOT remove the jewelry until you are 100% sure it isn't infected.
