Description
Ringlock scaffolding, also called Modular Scaffolding and Multidirectional Scaffolding, the junction enables quick and easy connection of load bearing items as well as reinforcing parts to each other with an enormous rigidity.
Ringlock scaffolding is the new generation product of cuplock sacffolding.The buckle part is a disc which diameter 133mm,and thickness 10mm. Scaffold vertical is a tube of D48*3.5mm which material is Q235/Q345B. On the vertical welded many disc every specific distance ,there is 8 holes on the disc,used to jonit the posts. On the bottom of vertical post is a base collar used to connect the scaffolding and the ground. Ledger is made by a tube with two wedge welded on the ends separately.

- Mine took about a week, but only the first 4/5 days were really bad. Taking something with ibuprofen or anything meant for swelling or an anti-inflammatory should help :) Don't try ice though, that just made it worse for mine.

- 1/4tsp od non-iodised sea salt in a cup of warm water. And yes, that is the best way to clean it. Use a cotton ball to soak it, then get at the crusties with a q-tip. Healing varies for everyone. Also depends if you have one long bar, or two shorter ones. And if you sleep on it. Just be patient :) Industrials often get hypertrophic scarring, which is like a little bump. Hot, wet, pure chammomile teabag soaks will help with that.

- (105 x 9.8) = weight of 1,029N. Half is supported by each wire, = 514.5N. (520 x 9.8) = 5,096N. box weight. (6.2 - 2.2) = 4m. 5,096/((4//2.2)) +1) = 1,808.258N. (5,096 - 1,808.258) + 514.5 = 3,802.242N. tension in left wire.
