When these units are discarded, the material is dumped too. Supposedly, this causes a risk in the disposal process, but I think it is minimal. What is risky is if a child should tear one apart and ingest the radioactive material.

- no. there are different resins and some are more expensive than others, but generally if you want a transparent plastic which you can pour before hardening you are stuck with resins.
- Q: Please don't tell me It all depends. I know! How much money is Schutzhund?.. on AVERAGE? I have heard it's expensive, but how expensive? A few hundred, or couple thousand?
- Is there a reason you want to use the resin flowers; such as, are they pre-made or something? You can make some beautiful jewelry using the higher end air/oven dry clays, and they come pre-colored. Painting that kind of small stuff, especially more than one color . . . well, you'll definitely earn your money. Try alcohol based inks. You can buy them in the scrapbooking section at your local craft stores, and I think they usually come in spray bottles. Of course, you'll be using a brush, but that's okay. That said, if you want to make high-quality, long lasting jewelry, you should seriously check out Kato, Fimo, and other clays intended for jewelry making and other art applications. I would not use clear nail polish as a sealer. Get a good varnish appropriate for the kind of colorant you end up using, or whatever kind of finish is recommended for your materials. Clear fingernail polish will yellow and break down over time.
- Q: When I was 11 I was with my mother and brother and we smelled smoke and we were outside. How was it that when I asked my mom if I can do anything to help she said lets pull the fire alarm. How was it she had me do it as opposed to my brother? Was it normal for my brother to watch me do it. Was it ok for my mom to help me lift my leg to kick the glass and to put her hand on the handle to pull it? - A small 3 drawer plastic unit might help (not sure where you'll put it) but break down each drawer into paper, plastic, etc.. Also rinse out your jars and cans, might help w/ the slimies and will help with the smell.
- Q: How much would it cost to install Fire Alarms in a Correctional Facility?
- Well a Vacuum wont do much good, with dog hair. But you can use a lint roller or the cheaper alternative a bit of sticky tape wrapped around your hand palm with the sticky side on the outside. And then just go over the affected areas and pick up the hair. Or use a paint roller ( with an extension stick, so you dont have to bend over or kneel all the time ) and wrap sticky tape around the roll, same principal! Then just roll away! This method is certainly cheaper then buying a lint roller, you can use for just a little while!
- Q: I bought a PVC 3/4 X 5' pipe with 3/4 elbows and Ts. The PVC pipe is too big for the elbows and Ts. Is this normal? What size should I get to fit the 3/4 pipe?I mean, it's no big deal because its all pretty cheap, but I'd like to know the right sizes and things I should know for next time.Thanks

- Q: I play a lot of battlefield 2 and ace combat, and i've always wanted to know how it's possible for another plane to detect when I'm targeting them w/ heat-seeking missiles (air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles)? - The exhibit is so worth the money. I saw it in Boston, the cadavers are not encased in resin. They infuse the tissue with a plastic material which allows them to manipulate the body parts with great precision. Imagine removing everything from the body except the circulatory system, but maintain the original form. The part that I found most interesting was the diseased organs. Normal lung, smokers lung, cancer lung, coal miners lung - all side by side. What a knee or hip replacement looks like if you took the whole leg and cut in half along the vertical. It's fascinating. It's not gross or bloody in anyway, at least I didn't think so. I also disagree regarding the audio. First off it's only $5, less then the cost of a beer at a baseball game. There is information on the audio that isn't in the written descriptions, although some of it is the same. It also enables you to move quicker if you desire and still get all the info. If you friends don't want to go - screw em - go by yourself.
