pu sandwich panels for building

pu sandwich panels for building

Sandwich panels consist of two outer metal colored sheets with insulation polyurethane core between them. The metal sheets are bonded to the insulation core with specialized adhesives. The outer surface of the sheets can be flat, slightly corrugated ,water ripple or with a significant profile (eg. for roofs or external facade design). A huge assortment of shapes, coatings and colours is available. Because sandwich panel installation requires only a limited number of mechanical fasteners (eg. screws), the resulting constructions avoid significant thermal bridging. To achieve distinctive architectural features, panels are connected with dowels.

Q:Should I thaw them first? My mom suggests thawing, then cooking for 40 minutes in 350 degreesI want to make them for company, but I'm afraid they will dry outDo I add water, what?
Yes, you should thaw them firstNot doing so can create hot spots within the food as it is heating and possibly dry out the edges while trying to cook the centerOnce thawed, you have two choices for cookingOne, you may wrap aluminum foil on top and bake at 350 degrees until the product is cooked and then remove the foil and brown the top if you would likeTwo, feel a oven safe dish with hot water and place in the oven 15 minutes before adding the enchiladesThis provides moisture in the oven while the cooking and helps prevent them from drying outGood luckChef Gumbo
Q:I am building a frame for a go kart and I will have to weld the metal togetherI want to use aluminum pieces but I am not sure do to YouTube videos and suchAlso what kind of welder would I use for aluminum weldingI can't have anything too expensiveSo how much money would an aluminum welder cost? Would a normal steel welder be cheaper? Should I make the frame from steel or aluminum?
It can be done but you'll be much happier if you spend to $20-$40 to get a wireless routerEverything will just work with a wireless router, and without one everything is a painWhat kind of Internet connection do you have and how is it connected to the host machine?
Q:One environmental group did a study of recycling habits in a California communityIt found that 73% of the aluminum cans sold in the area were recycled(Round your answers to four decimal places.)(a) If 393 cans are sold today, what is the probability that 300 or more will be recycled? (b) Of the 393 cans sold, what is the probability that between 260 and 300 will be recycled?
Alli These are proportion problems a) If 393 cans are sold today, what is the probability that 300 or more will be recycled? First, make this a proportion where p 300/393 0.76336 Another formula trick P(X 300) P(p 0.76336) 1 - P(p 0.76336), now find the probability P(p 0.76336) P{ z (0.76336 - 0.73) / sqrt [(0.73)(1-0.73) / 393] } P(z 1.49) Use your TI-84 P(z 1.49) DISTR normalcdf(-1E99,1.49) 0.9319 Answer: 1 - 0.9319 0.0681 (b) Of the 393 cans sold, what is the probability that between 260 and 300 will be recycled? Again, convert to proportions p1 260/393 0.66158 p2 0.76336 P(260 X 300) P(0.66158 p 0.76336), now use our trick P(0.66158 p 0.76336) P(p 0.76336) - P(p 0.66158), and again calculate each probability P(p 0.76336) P{z (0.76336 - 0.73) / sqrt [(0.73)(1-0.73) / 393] } P(z 1.49) P(z 1.49) 0.9319 [from (a) above] P(p 0.66158 ) P{z (0.66158 - 0.73) / sqrt [(0.73)(1-0.73) / 393] } P(z -3.055) P(z -3.055) DISTR normalcdf(-1E99,-3.055) 0.0011 Final Answer 0.9319 - 0.0011 0.9308 hope that helped
Q:An aluminum wire of radius 1.50 mm carries a uniform current of 3.88 AWhat is the drift speed of the electrons in the wire? (the number of mobile electrons per unit volume 7.66 x 1028)
If you are clean you are cleanI would find something you could shove up your vagLike the douche bottles would be great to put urine in and shove up there, will stay relatively warm.
Q:how come tin foil does not get hot when placed in the oven?
Aluminum/tin foil DOES get hot However, foil is paper thin and will dissipate the heat extremely quickly
Q:So I calculated the answer to this problem and have an answer that looks like it is in the good range when compared to other people's answers online, however they have different weight measurements for their aluminum role, so here are my specific givens:Cost of 1 Roll of Aluminum: $1.59Area of 1 Roll of Aluminum: 6.96 metersWeight of 8inx 8insection of Roll: 2.7gMy answer is 1.57 x 10^-25Can somebody work this out and let me know if I am correct to three significant figuresIf not, do you know where I may have gone wrong? Thanks :)
you should be using dimensional analysislike this ($1.59 / roll) x (1 roll / 6.96m?) x (1m / 100cm)? x (2.54cm / 1in)? x (8in x 8in / 2.7g) x (26.98g / mol) x (1 mol / 6.022x10^23 atoms) $1.565x10^-25 / atom which you enter in your calculator as 1.59 / 6.96 / 100? x 2.54? x 8 x 8 / 27 x 26.98 / 6.022e23 andyou can easily see this is all mult / div so the sig figs in the final answer is the sig figs in the factor .with the least1.59 6.96 both have 3 sig figs 100 is exact .2.54 may or may not be exact (depending on who you're speaking with) but has at least 3 sig figs.8 has 1 sig fig .2.7g has 2 sig figs .26.98 6.022 both have 4 sig figs soyou tell mehow many sig figs should your report? alsorules of rounding (1) if the number to be rounded is followed by a number 5, round DOWN (2) if the number to be rounded is followed by a number 5, round UP (3) if the number to be rounded is followed by a 5 .(a)if the number to be rounded is even, round DOWN (b)if the number to be rounded is odd, round UP (4) all other numbers are ignored during rounding examples1.565 rounded to the 0.01's place 1.56rule 3(a) 1.575 rounded to the 0.01's place 1.58rule 3(b) why do we do this? we assume 50% of the numbers will be odd and 50% evenSo 50% of the time we round up .and 50% of the time we round downthat eliminates the .bias if we ALWAYS ROUND UP if the number is followed .by a 5right? 1.565 rounded up to 1.57 and 1.575 rounded .up to 1.58 is a 100% rounding up bias ! more examples 1.3659 rounded to 0.01 1.36rule (4) we ignore the 9 .why? because we assume the imprecise number is the 5 .and the 9 is therefore meaningless are you sure you measured the aluminum foil to +/- 1? did you mean to write 8.0 x 8.0?
Q:I Need help on a project and i couldn't find the answer anywhere so how was The Al on the periodic table, for the element aluminum how was it chosen
This Site Might Help You. RE: How was the Al symbol chosen for Aluminum? I Need help on a project and i couldn't find the answer anywhere so how was The Al on the periodic table, for the element aluminum how was it chosen
Q:I need a custom mold builtIt will be simple, all I need is for it to cast aluminum, copper, and brass , up to 10 inches in diameter, and .035 to .040 inches thickI guess the alloy of the mold doesn't matter much, as long as it's steel or ironThis is all the information I can provide for nowAny ideas??
for simple round thin discs why pi about casting them?? Go to a sheet metal shop who has a turret punchThey will knock them out at about the rate of 250 a minute ! OK, for larger discs like 10 dia they will either laser or water cut them but the principal is similar.
