ADVANTAGES:

We produce solar cell by ourself with full automated production line, equipments were imported from USA, Germany and italy;

We provide 15 years warranty, and 25 years working life;

We have full set quality certificates, product meets quality requirement of USA, Europe, Australia, UK etc ;

70% of our product exported to Europe, without quality claims up to now;

There're 7 major inspection procedures for Each piece solar panel during production :

3 times EL testing to ensure panel without micro-break/invisible break(normal manufacturer only test 1 or 2 times);

3 times appearance inspection to ensure panel without defect (normal manufacturer only inspect 1 or 2 times);

1 time power testing, power inspection tolerance +/-0.1watt(normal manufacturer's power inspection tolerance is +/- 1-2watt), we ensure each panel has enough power output;

besides the standard inspection, each production procedure will inspect the upwards procedure;

So we guarantee each piece of our panel has perfect appearance, positive power performance, and without quality hidden trouble.

Q:So idk how to connect a solar panel to a battery ...is it like a series connection from the solar panel to the battery, or a parallel connection from solar cell to battery? (to charge) please and thank you
it depends how big the panel is. a small trickle charger (like a 2W panel with built-in diode), just connect + to + and - to - (parallel) to trickle charge the battery. The diode will keep the batter from discharging through the panel when there is insufficient sunlight. for a large panel (like a 220W 24v panel), you best go through a charge controller. the charge controller has 2 leads for the solar panel input, 2 leads for the battery connection and 2 leads for the 2v load. just follow the instructions to connect the panel and battery to the controller, and MAKE SURE YOU USE THE REQUIRED FUSES. very straightforward stuff -- just RTFM
Q:How do solar panels affect roof warranty?
Solar panels can potentially affect roof warranty, as their installation involves drilling holes into the roof and attaching the panels. This may void certain aspects of the roof warranty, especially those related to leaks or damage caused by the installation. It is important to review the terms of the roof warranty and consult with a professional installer to understand the specific impact solar panels may have on the warranty.
Q:Can solar panels be used in combination with wind turbines?
Yes, solar panels can be used in combination with wind turbines. This combination is known as a hybrid renewable energy system. It allows for a more reliable and efficient generation of electricity as the two sources complement each other. Solar panels generate electricity during the day when there is abundant sunlight, while wind turbines generate electricity when there is sufficient wind. By combining these two sources, the system can produce electricity continuously, regardless of the time of day or weather conditions.
Q:how the energy of load connected to solar PV measure.?Want too the basic idea about it.The role of current flowing thrugh the load?Can u explain with example..can explain simply?Im not an electrical student so explain very basics
A solar panel is made up of solar cells. Each cell produces about 0.5 to 0.6 volts. Cells are connected in series, like the batteries in a flashlight. Enough cells are placed in series to produce the desired voltage. Cells produce very little current, so many strings of cells are connected in parallel to produce sufficient current. The output is direct current (DC), like that from a battery. A home solar system needs alternating current (AC), so an inverter is used to change from DC to AC. Some systems have batteries for backup power. In these some of the DC output is used to keep the batteries charged. Systems are measured in kilowatts. System sizes are chosen to meet the demands for electricity. My system has a 6 kilowatt (kW) rating. The true output is more like 4. Now that you know this much you can Google SOLAR SYSTEMS to learn more.
Q:Can solar panels be installed in areas with high winds?
Yes, solar panels can be installed in areas with high winds. However, it is important to ensure that the panels are securely mounted and properly designed to withstand the wind load. Additionally, the orientation and tilt of the panels can be adjusted to minimize wind resistance and improve their durability in windy conditions.
Q:Solar Panels not working very well, they have faded. Is there any paint or anything else I can do to restore them? Thanks Eileen
Unfortunately Eileen the panels are bound to fade as its par for the course. Over time much like everything else (from an AC condenser to your knees and hips) everything starts to go south. When did you purchase and install your panels? If this was done within the past few years then something is definitely wrong, and you should have the manufacturer and installer come back and replace the panels....on their dime of course. Is the warranty on your panels still in effect? If so then its definitely something that they have to come back and take care of. There is a company I know of called Sun Electronics that has a 20 year warranty on their products, so if its worth anything you might want to buy your new panels/system from them. The panels around today are more efficient than those of years past, and with the cost coming down due to economies of scale and the tax incentives you might want to consider getting a new system. Sorry to let you down though Eileen!
Q:I need to prepare solar panels for using in home needs electricity purpose. Can anyone could help me to know much more about it.

Q:Are there any government incentives or tax credits for installing solar panels?
Yes, there are indeed government incentives and tax credits available for installing solar panels. These incentives and credits vary by country and even by state within a country. Many governments offer tax credits, grants, or rebates to promote the adoption of solar energy. Additionally, some countries have implemented feed-in tariffs, which allow solar panel owners to sell excess electricity back to the grid at a premium rate. It is advisable to check with local authorities or consult a professional to understand the specific incentives and tax credits available in your area.
Q:I want to plug my solar system battery bank into my transfer switch on my cabin when not using a generator. The transfer switch will handle 220 volt from my generator. How do I get a 220 volt inverter that runs 60 hz or do all of them run 50 hz.I see plenty of 20 volt 60 hz. I'm at the point of needing to order one and I'm not sure.
Stand Alone solar panel inverters function to change direct current (DC) from a battery to Alternating Current (AC). Stand alone inverters, which range from around 00 watts to as much as 8000 watts, are used to power a vast variety of personal or small business projects. Lower watt stand-alone inverters are often used to power laptop computers, whereas high-watt stand-alone inverters could be used to help power an entire household. In order to calculate what class of inverter you need for use with your solar panel, you will first have to determine the maximum sum of all of the Alternating Current loads in your project (or home). How to calculate the wattage you need from your stand-alone solar panel inverter
Q:Can solar panels be used in areas with high pollution or smog?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high pollution or smog. While pollution or smog can reduce the efficiency of solar panels by blocking sunlight, they can still generate electricity even under such conditions. However, the overall energy output may be slightly lower compared to areas with less pollution or smog.
