—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Tile and use almost as a regular thin set. Flexbond like any stronger thin set will tend to set up a bit faster than standard thin set . This because of the added latex in the thin set. Mix a bit less than normal. Mix and let set for 5/10 minutes and mix again, being very important when using extra modified thin set. Although this is a stronger thin set and will bond to ply wood. - Remove standard grout haze, any time now with a dry rag. I prefer an old towel or hand towel. More stubborn haze or a rougher textured tile I prefer a white nylon pad. Sold most any where tile and tile supplies are sold. Buff using the nylon pad. Do this also dry. By doing it wet with water or a vinegar/water solution you reintroduce grout onto the tile by using the dirty water. You ll have to do it more to get the haze off. Don t seal grout until all haze is removed or the sealer will be sucked into the haze and that gets sealed onto the tile. use a penetrating sealer 3 days after tile was grouted. - Q:I want to install wood look laminate flooring. I have a sliding glass door with metal frame. I can‘t put shoe molding around it since it‘s metal so what do I do? Also, with porcelain tile, do I create some type of frame around the tile with real wood or is there a transition for this.
- For the tile you can get metal edging to use as a transition from the tile to whatever else; the shape of the edging is determined by what it butts up against. Several different shapes are available in various colors. It is mortared in under the tiles to form a finished edge. You can get this stuff at Home Depot in the tile department.
- Q:I don‘t want to rent a wet saw for just a few pieces of tile. And I certainly don‘t need to buy one. Do some places offer this service if so where. Thanks
- A lot of places that sell tile will do this service. Home depot and Lowes does too. I believe , but not sure they charge for all cuts but call them to check their policy. A lot of places that sell tile will do it for a small fee. When I had my store we cut a customers tile ( if they bought it from us) for free , up to ten cuts and then a dollar a cut after that. Or a dollar a cut if they bought the tile some where else. Call tile store or where you bought the tile. You may have to leave it until a installer comes back at night or on occasion I took tile to the job site and cut it the next day. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar. GL
- Q:I need tips on how to install tiles around bathroom walls. I have the walls up and taped. Now what??? I leveled and drew a line under the window cell horizontal and vertical. 1) Do I start tiling from the tub up?2) How do I seal - or do I have to seal the tiles (Ceramic tiles 4x4)?3) What type of sealer should I use? - My very strong opinion on this matter is to go to Lowe's or HD during a weekday morning, when they're not too busy. Get a handy-dandy little book so you have it with you as you go. Ask the cute lil helper at the store to help you with all you will need. Yes, you will need to seal the grout - they can find the best sealer, the best grout, the whole nine yards. - Q:We had redid our cupboards a couple years ago and still have to properly cover the hole that was left for the vent on the previous vent system. It looks like they used staples of some type but the way it is just needing 1 and a half (or less) tiles it‘s awkward.
- Most ceiling tiles have a tounge groove so each tile fits into another. When you are piecing in tiles it's impossible to get the tounges in the grooves without breaking them. I would suggest, cutting off the tounges with a razor knife and install with Liquid nails or some other construction adhesive. To keep the tiles in place while the glue is drying, cut a 2X4 long enough and put it under the tile while the glue sets up. You might want to put a towell between the tile and the 2X4 to keep from damaging the tile. For the 1/2 tile, score the backside of a tile with a razor knife then break it in half.
