2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q: I am installing commercial tile and I have no idea what tool is used to cut this kind of tile, it easily breaks if its bent too hard. I need to cut curved areas on this tile and I have no idea what too to use. Please help! ;)
- If you are talking about vinyl tile you can use an hair drier to soften the tile so you can cut it without it crumbling. Use a curved tin snip or a utility knife to cut after softening. You should be able to lay it flat on the floor, soften it, scribe it with the utility knife, and then snap it. If you are talking about ceramic tile you should use a tile saw. You can rent one for about $60/day. You can buy one in Home Depot or Lowe's for about $90.
- Q: I am installing tile in a bathroom, hall, dinining room, and kitchen, and they all connect. Where should I center the tiles?
- By ALL CONNECT, do you mean any visible straight line of any length through more than one room? Certainly in multiple places you'll have to measure, square the areas and snap two perpendicular lines. Obvious choices in measuring will be issues such as how many full pieces will be most visible, in an aesthetic sense, then tranistion, in full pieces where possible in the room connections. Included in the measuring and snapping lines, you should also consider cuts and trying to create same size pieces where possible at opposing walls. You should consider that in 1/4 grout lines you'll add an inch of tile space on the floor for every 1 ft. of tile,,, be it a 12 inch piece, 16 or 18. So you'd have to do the math, deciding to center a middle tile, or spacing for even wall cuts. I often lay out a course or two and check to perhaps shift my center lines, for the cuts.
- Q: In a professionaly done job, what level of imperfection is acceptable. 12x12 porcellaine tile installed over backerboatd.at least a dozen tiles set either higher, lower, or tilted. Comapny says this is acceptable.
- I wouldn't consider that acceptable. They should all be pretty much flush.

- Q: I am building a deck outside my living room am#92;nd the dimensions are 8‘ wide by 24‘ long.It is 14‘ up at the highest point as I am on a hill. I‘m using 2 by 6 joists with 2 by 12 headers. Here is what I want to do: someone told me to use a 1/4 in slope over 8 ft. for water run off. I want to tile the deck. Iwant to know what size plywood I should use and if there is some kind of waterproof fibreboard I can use as a base for the tile in lieu of laying down rubber for the base. I dont want sand or pitch due to the weight factor. Is there something fairly lightweight and waterproof suitable for a base for the tile? If so what is it called? and where can i get it? Thanks.
- In my opinion the installing of tile over a wooden deck will probably not stand the test of time, because no matter how well you water-proof it, moisture will eventually rot out your wooden support, causing the tile to sag, crack, or break. The moisture may not come from the top as it will be absorbed into the wood from below the deck. If you have your heart set on this and you're willing to replace it all one day, I'd waterproof the deck first. There is a marvelous liquid rubber-like liquid called Red guard that can be painted on with a brush- cover it well and don't miss any spots. When dry, screw down some concrete backer board- it comes in 3 by 5 sheets, and you'll probably be better off to use 1/2 inch thick goods, as you need the support and non-flexibility of the thicker goods. If I were doing it, I'd coat this finished installation with Red guard too, and let it dry before you start setting the tile.Make sure to use exterior grade thinset mortar the best quality you can afford, and make sure you get tile suited for exterior applications, because there is a difference. I think the most important thing that should be mentioned is that your deck needs to be very strong to support all this extra weight that will be placed on it-beef it up extra if you intend to do this. - Q: This tile in my kitchen became loose a while ago and today I decided to try to fix it but not sure what to do. As you can see from the image link, a fair amount of concrete has come off with the tile. I suppose I can‘t re-use this tile. I have a spare one available. What I need to know is what product do I use to fill in the hole? Should I try to get out all the old concrete stuff first?
- Remove as much of the old stuff that you need to fit it back flush with the rest of the tiles then apply thick bed adhesive to the mesh and to the clean part of the tile and ease it on.
