—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- I'd use grout. It's designed for this job, and last forever. I once lived in a house that was built in about 1929. 50+ years later, most of the grout was good, but the caulk that the landlord had put around the edge of the tub 2 years before was failing. Grout it - and don't use the cheap stuff.

- You should definitely remove the tile as well as the underlayment for the tile. Screw down the subfloor to the floor joist so that the new floor doesn't squeak. Install vinyl underlayment, crack fill the joints and install your vinyl flooring. Be sure to pay attention to your threshold where the new floor meets the old floor at the door openings.

- If you have any loose pcs not yet installed the backs can give me clues as to what it is. Along with the year it was originally installed ( approx) and the exact size of the tile.. Any thing over 8/10 years old you may as well look for some thing close in the exact size. Beyond that your looking at reclaimed tile discount outlets looking for dropped tile lines. There is a few places that specialize in buying and selling of dropped lines of tiles. They change and discontinue tiles every 7/10 years to keep up with changing styles and colors patterns. - If what you're talking about is REAL slate milled into tile then it is the same as Field Stone, but far more brittle. Natural slate is extremely porous, and much like Plywood, it's a natural Laminate substance. Just a day or two ago I answered a similar Q. Certainly answer number one is valid in suggesting that TILE be secured with an even coat of Exterior mortar, in your case, allowing there will be no voids. You could even install the tile by pressing them down enough, to push the mortar up through the seams/joints, allowing then, that you don't have to grout. Smoothing the lines will be similar however. The problems with natural slate and the conditions it will endure would likely disappoint you if you mortar textured REAL slate onto a patio. Slate Flakes, Chips, Cracks, and absorbs water. If in fact these are manufactured slate tiles, they still will need an exterior grade sealant, and re-sealing on occasion. If they are natural slate/Field Stones, I personally would use tamped sand, or better, tamped, crushed limerock for the base. That won't be possible with manufatured TILE usually at 1/4 inch thick Plus or Minus. Depending on the size of the concrete walk, you may want to consider having a load delivered, or renting a mixer. To do any space with BAGS will be more costly, (given that a 60 - 80 lb. bag only covers approx. 1.5 CU. FT....then time consuming, and may in fact be a dissapointment. YES you can use premix, but if you order a load it will be mixed in the proper formula/ratios, from the supplier. Steven Wolf

- 1) sand with a 80-120 grit sandpaper to get thru the glaze a little, unless the tiles look pretty ragged, then that finish is prob already worn thru 2) clean with a tsp type cleaner (avail from hardware store, looks like a mild carton) 3) if you dont do any thing else PLEASE PLEASE prime it with a decent problem solving primer ( zinzer 1.2.3 ? or whatever brand your local paint dept recomends) primer sticks, paint wears. they both have their jobs, dont skip one 4) paint with your fave colour in a highly washable 100% acrylic latex paint.

- any tile you like is okay to use. my advice would be to prepare the surface by cleaning it thoroughly then using a concrete adhesive before setting your tile with white thinset mortar. after grouting , be sure to use a sealer to prevent moisture getting under the tiles. the sunlight will expand the water and cause vaporlock that will pop your tiles. then maintain by resealing at least once ayear.

- No matter how much mastic you use for tile it will come up in the grout joint areas because you have to press down and what I hve found easy and everyone is different is to have a bucket of water and use a spacer to clean the mastic out of the grout joints as you are laying them. After they are dried you can still clean out the grout joint areas which it not hard either. Hope this helps
