—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Depends on the exact type of tile. Some porcelain and other hard bodied tile you ll burn the bits and possible the motor itself. If it was a smaller area you had to cut out, it would possible work. - Q: I have never tiled before. I have a 3 x3 ft entrance in my house. I would like to remove the old tile and re tile it. How long should this take? and can I just tile over the old tile or does it have to be removed? but mostly how long should it take me to do?
- If you have the height for tile at the door and any thresholds and the substrate is sound, You should be able to tile over tile with a super modified thinset. Not the kind you buy at Home Depot or Lowe's!! It would take you about 2-3 hours to tile such a small area and then the next day 1 hour to grout it. But as the other gentlemen said, It would be cheaper and faster if you called a pro like him or myself! We would really have to see what you have down under the tile to make a dissension on the course of action, its time and cost!

- Well, most natural stone companies believe it or not do not make a bullnose. At least in the midwest I have yet to see one yet. If there are any tiles left at home depot you can by a few extra pcs and make bullnose. There is a bullnose blade that can be attached to a wet saw to make the cut what it does is just creates a rounded edge to form a bullnose. However the blade is expensive so you can see if there are any contractors in your area who may do this kind of job and already the correct tools to create a bullnose. That is if the tile isn't dicontinued.

- Prep your counter to meet tile standards, Each one can be different so with out knowing what yours is I cant say there. You ll need to figure what you want to do with the edge to trim it out. You can use a tile bull nose or a wood trim. Spread the needed glue, usually a thin set , over a small area. Then you can break tiles , ( very carefully) with a hammer or a pair of tile nippers. I use tile nippers to create the piece effect. These methods are called rubble effect. You ll need a honing stone to hone the tile edges so they are not sharp. Set into the wet glue, don t let it skim over or become dry. Grout as needed depending on what type of tile you use. - Q: Tile setters? I paid someone to tile my bathroom floor using the 1 in hex tiles meshed together in 12 x 12 in pieces. Ive seen that type of tile done before and it each tile looks evenly spaced. The tiles he installed for me look like they were installed in 12 x 12 pieces as the perimeter of the meshed tiles has much wider grout lines than the interior. He says its normal and it happened because the floor is uneven but he installed the hardybacker himself so he should have leveled it.

Un even grout will occur if the floor isn t flat so the installer is right about that. But he was wrong in doing a job that had a floor that wasn t flat. Part of his duty when bidding or time of installing is a floor inspection. And he should ve brought it to your attention and tell you that it ll be a bit extra to fix it or tell you that you have a dip or hump. It may have been a simple fix or something costing some money, I can t see it from here. Give him a chance to fix it. - You don't say why you need to strip and reseal. Is it because of general wear and tear stains? Food stains? grease?Before you invest any time/money in it, try this: Get a Vapor Steam Cleaner!!! I have saltillo tiles in 40% of my house and was looking at stripping and resealing. I laid the tile in the first place and I knew it was going to be work to strip and reseal, then I started reading about Vapor Steam cleaners. They are very popular in Europe (homes tend to have more tile than floor carpeting) and are amazing. Basically they are machines (they look like canister vacuums) that heat plain old water to about 300 degrees, with a pressure gauge up to 65 psi. They come with a lot of attachments, including a nozzle that I used on the grout that has made my tile floors look like they were just put in. You never have to use any cleaner other than water ever again. Best thing is you can use this to clean EVERYTHING! Your oven, your bathtub, your windows, your countertops. It is far more reasonable than stripping/resealing. I got mine from a company in Jupiter Florida called Vapor Steam Products. The model I have is the TR5. For a little over $400 you will have a vapor steam cleaner that you can use throughout your house. The first time I used it on the tile I saw a huge difference. The second time, it was like they were brand new. Then you can just put on a product like Armstrong Tile polish which will make them glossy. You can also use these on area carpets and mattresses and they are the only thing that will KILL dustmites - though they are not vacuum cleaners. And just a word of advice, I did a lot of research and Hoovers and Bissel have very low-end versions of these, and trust me they don't even come close. All of my friends thought I had my tiles stripped and resealed and now they're all going out and getting these. Try this, and save your back and your bank account. Good luck.
