pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: Which is worse ? And what causes it? I was told I had mitro valve prolapse but I m symptoms had worsen and so I saw a cardiologist again today and they said I have mitro valve regeritation.
Mitral valve regurgitation — also called mitral regurgitation, mitral insufficiency or mitral incompetence — is a condition in which your heart's mitral valve doesn't close tightly, allowing blood to flow backward in your heart. As a result, blood can't move through your heart or to the rest of your body as efficiently, making you feel tired or out of breath. The mitral valve controls blood flow between the upper and lower chambers of the left side of the heart. The upper chamber is called the left atrium. The lower chamber is called the left ventricle. The mitral valve allows blood to flow from the left atrium into the left ventricle, but not back the other way. The heart also has a right atrium and ventricle, separated by the tricuspid valve. With each heartbeat, the atria contract and push blood into the ventricles. The flaps of the mitral and tricuspid valves open to let blood through. Then, the ventricles contract to pump the blood out of the heart. When the ventricles contract, the flaps of the mitral and tricuspid valves close. They form a tight seal that prevents blood from flowing back into the atria. Mitral valve prolapse (MVP) is a condition in which the heart’s mitral valve doesn’t work well. The flaps of the valve are “floppy” and may not close tightly. These flaps normally help seal or open the valve. From what i have read neither is better or worse and may require surgery to repair or replace the Mitral valve.
Q: The water in my tub/shower stopped working. I did my research on the net to discover the cause and I also went to Home Depot explained the problem. The worker at home depot helped me get the right part I needed to replace the valve stem. I came home, took the faucet handle off and can see what I need to do next. Everything seems perfect and ready to go, except I can't remove the old valve stem. It seems like the old one should just slide out and the new one replaces it. How do I get the old one out without damaging any of the pipes or hurting myself.
Do you have a valve for the hot and one for the cold, or does one valve control both? If there are two valves they should just unscrew. You might need to go back to Home Depot and get a wrench designed for valve stem removal. (Before you go, spray it with penetrating oil such as WD-40 and let it do it's thing while you're gone. If it's just one valve for both, there's probably a collar that screws on and holds the cartridge in place. After that is off, the cartridge should slide out-ususally with a little 'persuasion' from some pliers. (But don't try to twist it) Hope you get it.
Q: Is there a more technically correct name for a valve that slowly opens, allowing increased pressure in a water line without blowing the end off?
I've always known them to be simply called motorized valves, but they aren't specifically made to prevent instantaneous pressure build up. They are usually installed as a convenience type of thing and in lieu of solenoid valve which WOULD be an almost immediate full pressure situation, but any valve other than a solenoid activated one will allow for slow build up of pressure. A motorized valve just lets you do it automatically and you don't have to be right at the valve location to open it. Al
Q: difference between swing type check valve and non return valve? i need best answer... if swing valve will be opened when the fuel s reverse motion???
Non-return valve is another name for check valve. A swing check valve is just one type of check valve that uses a hinged gate to allow flow in only one direction. It operates sort of like a one-way fence gate, that you can open by pushing from one side, but you cannot open by pushing on the other side. Other types of check valves: Diaphragm, Ball, Lift, Duckbill. (:-o)
Q: I had the EGR valve and solenoid replaced and I'm not sure they needed to be replaced.
The EGR valve diverts exhaust gas back into the intake manifold to take up space and prevent the formation of NOx, a polluting gas formed inside the cylinder at temperatures above 2500 degrees.
Q: It looks like our toilet water shut off valve is leaking. We are trying to turn off the water by turning the lever on the hot water heater, but this only turned off the hot water. So the cold water is still not turned off? We thought the one lever at the hot water heater would turn it all off, but it didn't work. Is there actually a separate water shut off valve for cold water in my house? Help!!
Every house should have a water meter and a shut off point close by. This will isolate ALL water cold and hot water included. With shut off valves, you can usually just take the guts out and replace them with the guts from a new one. Take a couple close up pics of your shut off valve and show them to a plumbing assistant at any DIY store such as Home Depot. They can find you the right product. In order to replace the guts, all you need is a larger crescent wrench and a set of channel lock pliers. I would recommend having a small bucket handy to catch any loose water. Prior to taking anything apart once youve shut the water off, I would run the cold water in a basement sink or main floor sink to reduce the pressure and water quantity.
Q: I have a question about my car. The mechanic told me that my valve body needed to be rebuilt. However I read that the valve body is a sensor that tells the car when to shift gears. Now my car is a semi automatic so I can shift gears myself! I was wondering if someone could tell me whether it was still necessary to rebuild it if I'm going to be shifting gears myself? I just don't want to mess up the valve body even more and eventually have to get a whole new transmission!
Its an electrically shifted automatic. The valve body is not a sensor it is the valving system that sends fluid to different parts of the transmission to shift gears. The solenoids on the valve body move the valves dependant on what the computer tells it to do. The paddles or shifter you have do not go to the transmission but to the ECU and the ECU decides what to actually do with the transmission. It does not matter if you shift it or let it do it its self if the transmission is going out it needs work or rebuilt, it WILL fail sooner or later and leave you stranded. So you either need to get it rebuilt or get another transmission. If you drive it until it fail you will need another unit, if you fix it now yours might be able to be saved.
Q: I have a 2004 yfz 450 and in the passed 4 rides (about 2 hours long each), one of my valves has stayed down and been broken when the piston came back up and made contact with it. After putting it back together the first time i checked numerous times to make sure timing, valve movement, and camshaft movement were all correct. and just 2 rides later (today) the same thing happened again. I have not began work on it yet so i do not know if it is the same valve. But has anyone ever had this problem before? Is this something frequent with yfz's or am i missing an important maintence issue? And can anyone tell me why this is happening? All help and tips are much appreciated!! Thanks!!
A mild heart valve problem usually doesn't require any intervention. A severe one requires surgery (no way around it) In mild cases, you'd be monitored during your check ups to see whether it's progressed.
Q: I am trying to bench bleed my master cylinder on a 94 altima...the directions state to attach the bleeding hoses to the outlet valves?? I haver four valves that merely state front or rear??
The outlet valves are the bleeder valves behind the wheels the ones you open up when your bleeding the system. But to bleed the master cylinder mount it to the car and then fill master cylinder and then screw in the bleeder hoses at the locations where the metal lines hook up to the master cylinder and bend the hoses around back around to the top of the master cylinder so when your bleeding the master cylinder the brake fluid goes back into the top of it to get the air out of it.Then hook up your brake lines back to the master cylinder and bleed out the rest of the system to the wheels.Usually when doing this you start with the right rear bleeder behind that wheel but have someone there to pump on the pedal even when your bleeding the master cylinder first and then you do the rest of the system. On some cars bleeding the rest of the system starts with sometimes different wheels like the front and or the back. But on a usual bases you generally start with the right rear then the left rear and then the right front then the left front. But by bleeding the system check with a shop to find out what the bleeding steps are to bleeding the wheels outs at the valves each car is almost different to do.But the master cylinder is the easiest to start with when it comes to bleeding it but watch out when going to hook up the brake lines back to it because some brake lines are hard to hook up and what I mean by this the fiitting might get cross threaded when putting them
Q: i have an old 79 malibu and its only got a 267 in it. I wouldnt buy new valve covers because its not worth it to me but i was thinking i could clean the ones i got up a little bit. i was thinking of painting them. What kind of paint should i use? and one other thing is the gaskets. I figure while i have them pulled off i should put new gaskets on. I read up about getting all the old stuff off but i was curious still about it. I was just looking at some average ones made of cork for 10 bucks. Do i lay the sealer downthen put the gasket on , then put the valve cover on?
the best thing i could tell you is clean them good and when you put the gasket on dosent matter if its cork or not, but the silicon ones are better, is that to make sure that the mounting surface's are clean. and have no oil on them otherwise your gonna have a leak. as for the pain clean em good and it really dont matter which paint
